Բանակից զորացրվելու խնջույքն ավարտվել է ծեծկռտուքով. վրաերթի են ենթարկվել ու տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 7-ին, խուլիգանություն, ծեծկռտուք և վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Վայոց ձորի մարզում։ Ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Վայոց ձորի մարզային վարչությունում, ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Վայոց ձորի մարզի գումարտակում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհին՝ Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող Եղեգն» ռեստորանային համալիրում, վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, որն այնուհետև շարունակվել է փողոցում, ինչի հետևանքով էլ 3 քաղաքացի վրաերթի է ենթարկվել։
Shamshyan-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ «Վայոց ձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ 3 հոգու, մարմնական վնասվածքներով, բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբերը տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոցներ։
Տեղում ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզում եմ, որ ժամը 01:00-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի 123 կմ հատվածում Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Արթուր Մուրադյանը, իր վարած «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել նշված ճանապարհը հատող հետիոտներ, Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչներ 51-ամյա Արմեն Սողոմոնյանին, 45-ամյա Ենոք Նազարյանին և 43-ամյա Հովիկ Սարգսյանին։
Վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, օգնել է քաղաքացիների և բժիշկների հետ վիրավորներին տեղափոխել «Վայոց ձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն, ինչից հետո վարորդն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին։
Վարորդը ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ։
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են վրաերթի ենթարկվածների կոշիկները, մեկը՝ ավտոմեքենայի տակ, երկուսը՝ ավտոմեքենայից բավականին հեռավորության վրա։ Դրսում հայտնաբերվել են նաև արնանման հետքեր։
Տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ վրաերթից առաջ՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի 123 կմ հատվածի աջակողմյան տարածքում գտնվող «Եղեգն» ռեստորանային համալիրում բանակից զորացրվելու կապակցությամբ կազմակերպված է լինում միջոցառում։ Այդ ժամանակ ռեստորանի բակում հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է ծագել միջոցառման մասնակիցներ, Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչներ 51-ամյա Արմեն Սողոմոնյանի, 45-ամյա Հովիկ Սարգսյանի, 41-ամյա Գարիկ Սարգսյանի (Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջիններս հարազատ եղբայրներ են) և ռեստորանի հաճախորդներ, Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Գեղամ Վարդանյանի, ով հայաստանյան հայտնի բանկերից մեկի Եղեգնաձորի մասնաճյուղի կառավարիչ է, 31-ամյա Ռոմիկ Վարդանյանի, ով հայաստանյան հայտնի բանկերից մեկի Եղեգնաձորի մասնաճյուղի վարկային մասնագետ է, 31-ամյա Գեղամ Բադալյանի, 33-ամյա Տիգրան Բադալյանի (Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջիններս հարազատ եղբայրներ են) միջև։
Վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուքն այնուհետև տեղափոխվել է ռեստորանի տարածքից դուրս՝ Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական ճանապարհի եզր, որի ժամանակ նշված անձինք քաշքշել, բռունցքներով հարվածել են միմյանց, հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ և բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերել նշված ռեստորանում միջոցառման մասնակիցների նկատմամբ որը տևել է մոտ 20 րոպե ու այդ ժամանակ էլ փողոցում տեղի է ունեցել վրաերթ:
Այս դեպքի փաստով «խուլիգանություն» հատկանիշներով ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
