Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախօրեին այցելել է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան պետական սահմանի Կիրանցի հատված և ծանոթացել Կիրանց-Աճարկուտ ճանապարհի վերակառուցման աշխատանքների ընթացքին, որոնք, ըստ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի, ավարտական փուլում են:

Հայտարարում են, թե արդիականացված ճանապարհը շահագործման կհանձնվի արդեն այս ամսվա ընթացքում: Օրեր առաջ էլ մի խումբ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորների էին գործուղել Ոսկեպար՝ նկարելու հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի փշալարերն ու հայ հանրությանն ավետելու կատարված գործի մասին։

Թե ինչ անհարմարություններ է առաջացրել սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման փաշինյանական օպերացիան, քանի քանիսն են ընտանիքներով հեռացել Ոսկեպարից, Կիրանցից, այլ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերից, ոչ Հանրայինը, ոչ էլ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը չեն հայտնի։

Փոխարենը փորձում են Հայաստանի դեմ իրենց հերթական դավադրությունը փաթեթավորել որպես մեծ առաջընթաց, համոզել, որ առանց այդ գործընթացի անհնար է։ Իսկ մինչ այդ, ռազմավարական դիրքեր և զգալի տարածքներ յուրացնելով Տավուշի մարզում և ամրապնդվելով, Ադրբեջանը մտադիր չէ շարունակել գործընթացը Փաշինյանի տրամաբանությամբ։

Բաքուն հրաժարվում է ստորագրել հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքի կանոնակարգը, որի վերջնաժամկետը հուլիսի 1-ն էր։ Հերթում հաջորդը Սյունիքը կամ Գեղարքունիքը պիտի լինեին, որտեղ ադրբեջանցիները հսկայակական տարածքներ են զավթել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից։ Ադրբեջանը բնավ մտադիր չէ հեռանալ այդ տարածքներից, ընդհակառակը, փորձելու է ամրապնդվել։ Իսկ Փաշինյանն էլ այժմ նոր հեքիաթներ պիտի մոգոնի՝ հայ հանրությանը խաբելու համար։
