Ռուսաստանը կարող է տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ ներդնել

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացման ֆոնին վերջին ամիսներին պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ ներդնել Հայաստանի դեմ, այդ թվում՝ փակել Վերին Լարսի անցակետը, կամ բարձրացնել Հայաստան մատակարարվող գազի սակագինը։
Ռուսաստանից էլ տարբեր շրջանակներ յուղ են լցնում այդ խոսակցությունների վրա՝ նշելով, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հակառուսական քաղաքականությունն, ի վերջո, հանգեցնելու է պատժամիջոցների։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, մինչ օրս պատժամիջոցներ չեն ներդրվել ԵԱՏՄ իրավակարգավորումների շնորհիվ:
Հայաստանն օգտվում է վերարտահանման ընձեռած հնարավորություններից՝ Ռուսաստան սպեցիֆիկ ապրանքներ առաքելու, Ռուսաստանից ոսկին և արտահանվող այլ ապրանքներ իր տարածքով Մերձավոր Արևելք առաքելու հնարավորությունից։
Ըստ էության, ԵԱՏՄ-ն ու հատկապես Ռուսաստանը Երևանի խիստ կարիքն ունեն, և դա է պատճառը, որ տնտեսական լուրջ միջոցներ չեն ձեռնարկում։ ԵԱՏՄ-ում մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, դեռ վաղուց փաթեթ է շրջանառվում, որտեղ ամրագրված են հնարավոր բոլոր պատժամիջոցները, բայց չեն օգտագործում, հասկանալով, որ դա կվնասի իրենց։
Արևմուտքն էլ, ՀՀ իշխանություններին աջակցության իր ծրագրերում, առանձնապես շահագրգռված չէ փակելու վերարտահանման ուղին, թեպետ արևմտյան ԶԼՄ-ներում պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ են հայտնվում, որ Հայաստանը պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելով առաքումներ է իրականացնում ՌԴ։
ՀՀ տնտեսությունը հնարավոր պատժամիջոցների դեպքում կոլապսի կարող է ենթարկվել, հատկապես գազի գնի ավելացման դեպքում։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս պայմաններում ակտիվացել են իրանական վերլուծական կենտրոնները, որոնց կարծիքով հնարավոր է գազ առաքել Հայաստան, ապահովել առնվազն ՀՀ կարիքների կեսը։
