Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

ՀՀ իշխանությունների հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ «Ռուսաստանը հանձնել է Ղարաբաղը, սուտ է և ուղղված է Ղարաբաղի հանդեպ գործած սեփական դավաճանության, արևմտյան ճամբար անցնելու որոշման արդարացմանը». այս մասին ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ նա խոստովանել է, որ ռուսական կողմն ամեն ինչ չէ, որ ճիշտ է արել:

«Պարոն Արմեն Գրիգորյանը (ԱԽ քարտուղար) իր աղմկահարույց հայտարարությամբ Ռուսաստանին վերագրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կորստի, հանձնման պատասխանատվությունը. Ռուսաստանը հայտնվեց շատ բարդ, ես կասեի հիմար վիճակում, քանի որ կողմերի, նախևառաջ հայկական կողմի խնդրանքով Ղարաբաղում տեղակայելով իր խաղաղապահներին, Մոսկվան հետագայում չստացավ  խաղաղապահներին գործելու հնարավորություն տվող մանդատ: Եվ ամենակարևորը, 2022 թվականին Հայաստանի վարչապետն արևմտյան մայրաքաղաքներում հրապարակավ հայտարարեց, որ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի ներքին խնդիրն է»,- ասել է Զատուլինը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ «նոր պատերազմ կանխելու, խաղաղության հասնելու, հարաբերությունները վերաձևակերպելու պատրվակով Փաշինյանը պարզապես լքել է Ղարաբաղի իր հայրենակիցներին»։

«Այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ հետո՝ 2023 թվականին, սրա հետևանքն էր։ Ռուսաստանն ու ռուս խաղաղապահները հայտնվեցին շատ հիմար վիճակում՝ գտնվելով Ղարաբաղում և միևնույն ժամանակ այն տարածքում, որը Հայաստանն ինքը պաշտոնապես ճանաչեց Ադրբեջան։ Ի՞նչ կարող էին նրանք անել այս իրավիճակում: Կարծում եմ, կարելի է ամեն տեսակի թերացում գտնել ոչ միայն խաղաղապահների աշխատանքում, այլև ընդհանրապես Անդրկովկասում Ռուսաստանի գործողություններում, բայց ասել, որ Ռուսաստանը տվել է Ղարաբաղը, անշուշտ  սուտ է»,- ընդգծել է Զատուլինը։

Նրա պնդմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն իր ամբողջ հասարակական, ապա քաղաքական կարիերայի ընթացքում երբևէ կասկած չի առաջացրել այն հարցում, որ չի դասվում հանուն Ղարաբաղի, հայ ժողովրդի ազգային գաղափարների պայքարելու պատրաստ մարդկանց շարքին:

«Այո, եղել է մի շրջան, երբ Փաշինյանը եկել է իշխանության և ստիպված է եղել հայրենասեր ձևանալ։ Նա դա արեց։ Նա մինչև անգամ հայտարարեց, որ «Ղարաբաղը Հայաստա՛ն է, և վե՛րջ»։ Եվ մի կողմից իր ելույթներով, մյուս կողմից՝ գործողությունների բացակայությամբ, Ադրբեջանի համար լրացուցիչ առիթ ստեղծեց այդ իրավիճակից օգտվելու համար։ Եվ նա օգտվեց։ Ես չեմ կարծում, որ այդ պահին մեր կողմից ամեն ինչ ճիշտ էր արված, և որ 2020 թվականին մենք ամեն ինչ արեցինք, որ այս պատերազմը տեղի չունենա։ Բայց այն սկսվելուց հետո, գիտեք, նախագահ Պուտինը փորձեց կասեցնել այն: Եվ կրկին պարոն Փաշինյանը հրաժարվեց դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները, քանի որ երբ Շուշին վերցնելու մասին խոսք դեռ չկար, հիշում եք այդ դրվագը, նա գտնում էր, որ Հայաստանն ինքը գլուխ կհանի այս իրավիճակից»,- նշել է Զատուլինը:

Վերջինիս համոզմամբ՝ «Ռուսաստանը շահագրգռված էր, որ Ղարաբաղի հայերն ապրեին իրենց տեղերում, որպեսզի Ղարաբաղը որոշակի պայմաններում անկախություն ձեռք բերեր, եթե ոչ անկախություն, ապա գոնե պահպաներ այնպիսի կարգավիճակ, որը թույլ կտար հայերին ապրել այնտեղ խաղաղ և հանգիստ»։

«Ես միանգամայն վստահ եմ, որ այո՛, դա Ռուսաստանի շահն էր»,- նշել է նա։
