ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հանձնարարագրերի հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետների կողմից վերահսկողություն է իրականացվել Երևան քաղաքի Աշտարակի խճուղի 47/13 հասցեում գտնվող և «Մ1 ՕԻԼ» ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող նավթամթերքի պահեստարանի, ինչպես նաև Կոտայքի մարզի Չարենցավան քաղաքի Շահումյան փ. 1 հասցեում անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ կողմից շահագործվող բենզալցակայանի, ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզ, գյուղ Սասնաշեն հասցեում «Ճախրկանք» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող բենզալցակայանի, նույն մարզի Թալին քաղաքի Սպանդարյան փ. 21 հասցեում գտնվող և անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ կողմից շահագործվող բենզալցակայանի՝ նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ։

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնից:

«Հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշյալ օբյեկտներում արձանագրվել են հրդեհային անվտանգության նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի պահանջների այնպիսի խախտումներ, որոնք անմիջական և ուղղակի սպառնալիք են ստեղծում հրդեհների առաջացման և մարդկանց անվտանգության համար։

Տեսչական վերահսկողություն է իրականացվել նաև Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրվեժ համայնքի գ․ Զովք, գլխավոր խճուղի 13/3 հասցեում «ՊՐԱՅԴ 888» ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից «ԶԻԼ-130» մակնիշի 34 DM 456 պետհամարանիշով ավտոմեքենայի վրա տեղադրված 10 հատ կուտակիչներից և «ԶԻԼ-130» մակնիշի 35 DA 591 պետհամարանիշով ավտոմեքենայի վրա տեղադրված թվով 10 հատ կուտակիչներից իրականացվող մեթան գազով ավտոմեքենաների լիցքավորման՝ տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության նորմերին համապատախանության նկատմամբ։

Հրդեհային անվտանգության մասնագետները պարզել են, որ վերոնշյալ կուտակիչները, որպես արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտ (ԱՎՕ) սահմանված կարգով գրանցված չեն արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտների ռեեստրում և չեն անցել տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննություն։

Ուստի՝ հաշվի առնելով նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների կատարման թույլ տրված խախտումները, հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության պահանջների խախտումների ռիսկայնությունն ու վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշումների հիման վրա ամբողջությամբ դադարեցվել են վերոնշյալ  5 օբյեկտների գործունեությունը։ Դրանք ՀՀ հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության հետ համագործակցությամբ  կապարակնքվել են»։
