«Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ծրագիրը շատ խոշոր ծրագիր է և դրա իրականացումը փուլերով պետք է լինի. այս օրերին քննարկում ենք նաև թե որ փուլում որ աշխատանքները պետք է լինեն առաջնային:

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:

«Առաջին հերթին ենթակառուցվածքները ձևավորելու կարիք ունենք: Առաջին փուլում պլանավորում ենք նաև ազգային ստադիոնը, դա մեր կարևորագույն անելիքներից է, նաև քննարկել ենք ժամանակակից համերգասրահի կառուցումը, որը նույնպես առաջին փուլում է պլանավորվում: Մեծ ծավալով աշխատանք պետք է արվի որպեսզի նախագծման փուլին հասնենք: 2025-ի փետրվարից կկարողանանք սկսել առանձին շենքերով նախագծման աշխատանքները, իսկ բուն շինարարությունների իրականացման պլանն ընթացքում կհստակեցվի, որովհետև դրանք կախված են բազմաթիվ գործոններից»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Անդրեասյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքն ամենայն ճշգրտությամբ ասել հնարավոր կլինի երբ մրցույթներն արված լինեն:

«Այս պահին խոսում ենք նախնական հաշվարկի մասին, որովհետև կան նորմատիվներ խոշորացված հաշվարկների տեսքով: Սա խոշորածավալ ծրագիր է, որը բավականին մեծ արժողություն ունի՝ խոսքը մի քանի տրիլիոն դրամի մասին է»,- ասաց նա:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ պետությունը չի պատկերացնում ծրագրի իրականացումը միայնակ:

«Հենց այս պահին ներդրումային ծրագիր ենք ամբողջացնում: «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ծրագրի հանդեպ բավական մեծ հետաքրքրություն կա մասնավորի հետ համագործակցության: Առաջիկա մեր անելքիներից է լինելու նաև Քաղաքի իրականացման գործընկերների հետ միասին աշխատանքը»,- նշեց նա:

Խոսելով «Ակադեմիական քաղաքի» գործելու ժամկետներից, Անդերասյանն ասաց.

«Ակադեմիական քաղաք»-ը սկսելու է գործել 2030 թվականից, բայց սկսելու է գործել փուլային սկզբունքով: Սկզբում հասանելի կլինեն որոշ ենթակառուցվածքներ, հետո կավելացվեն նորերը»:
