Վաշինգտոնը նախարարներին հանդիպում է պարտադրել

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Վաշինգտոնում մասնակցել է նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի 75-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին, նաև ԱՄՆ նախագահի անունից կազմակերպված պաշտոնական ընդունելությանը, շփումներ է ունեցել ՆԱՏՕ անդամ և գործընկեր երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հետ։

ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ երկկողմ օրակարգի և տարածաշրջանային հարցերի շուրջ մտքեր են փոխանակվել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հետ։ Մինչ երեկ հայկական կողմը համառորեն հերքում էր Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ հանդիպման հնարավորությունը, թեև Ջեյհուն Բայրամովն էլ մեկնել էր Վաշինգտոն, իսկ ԱՄն փոխպետքարտուղար Ջեյմս Օ՛Բրայենն օրեր առաջ Բաքվում ասել էր, որ Վաշինգտոնում կարող է հանդիպում կայանալ։ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից հանդիպման մասին նշում էին, թե որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չկա։

ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերն էլ հայտարարել է, թե ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում է աշխատել Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև դիվանագիտական կարգավորման ուղղությամբ։ Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը կընդունի ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու համար Վաշինգտոն ժամանած Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներին, Միլլերը պատասխանել է, որ ժամանակացույցի վերաբերյալ որևէ հայտարարություն չունի։

«Բայց դուք գիտեք, որ միշտ այդպես էլ լինում է», - ասել էր Պետդեպարտամենտի խոսնակը։

Այսօր վաղ առավոտյան ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը հայտնեց, որ Վաշինգտոնում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ այսօր տեղի կունենա Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի եռակողմ հանդիպում։ Թե ինչ են քննարկելու, բնականաբար չի հաղորդվում։

Տարօրինակն այս ամենում հանդիպմանը խորհրդավորության շղարշ հաղորդելն էր, ի վերջո երկու ԱԳ նախարարներին «բերման են ենթարկել» Վաշինգտոն՝ ոչ նրանց «սֆաթները» տեսնելու, այլ հենց հանդիպում կազմակերպելու, ամերիկյան կողմի մտադրությունները փոխանցելու համար։
