Կնոջ մահվան դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ քրեական օրենսգրքի 187-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։ Այս մասին «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից․ «Կատարվում է նախաքննություն՝ մահվան պատճառներն ու հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Դրա պատասխանը կարևոր նշանակություն կունենա վերջնական իրավական գնահատական տալու առումով»։

«Հայկական ժամանակ»-ը կապ հաստատեց նաև «ԱրթՄեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Արայիկ Ղարիբյանի հետ։ Վերջինս նշեց, որ հիվանդը վիրահատվել է իրենց վիրաբույժներից մեկի մոտ, որը բավականին փորձառու մասնագետ է։ Ղարիբյանը նաև ընգծեց, որ վիրահատական խնդիր չկա, բժիշկների սխալ չկա։ «Կա այսպես կոչված մի ախտորոշում, որը կոչվում է չարորակ հիպերթերմիա, մարդու ջերմաստիճանը՝ բժշկական որոշակի հանգամանքների ու միջամտությունների դեպքում բարձրանում է․ նարկոզից դուրս գալու շրջանում ջերմությունը միանգամից բարձրացել է 42-43 աստիճան։

Նման դեպքերում աշխարհում մահացածության ցուցանիշը բավականին բարձր է, կա միայն մեկ դեղորայք, որը կարող է օգնել, սակայն 80 տոկոս դեպքերում էլի մահն անխուսափելի է։ Մենք նույնիսկ այդ դեղն ենք ներարկել, պրոտոկոլով ամեն ինչ ճիշտ կատարվել է, այդ հիվանդությունը ամբողջ աշխարհում 50 հազարից մեկի մոտ կարող է հանդիպել՝ գենի քրոմոսոմի հիվանդություն է՝ չարորակ հիպերթերմիա, այսպես ասած՝ չարորակ գերջերմություն»,-ասաց Ղարիբյանը։

ՀՀ-ում վերջին 10 տարում նման 4-5 դեպք է գրանցվել, վերջին դեպքը վերոնշյալ դեպքն է։ Հարցին, թե նախքան վիրահատությւոնը հնարավո՞ր չի ախտորոշել հիվանդությունը, Ղարիբյանն արձագանքեց․ «Դրա ախտորոշելը նախ շատ բարդ է, և բավականին մեծ ծախսեր է ենթադրում՝ տասնյակ հազարավոր դոլարներ։ ԱՄՆ-ում՝ արտասահմանում որոշ մարդիկ միգուցե իրենց ապահովության համար անեն, եթե իմանան, որ հարազատներից մեկի մոտ նման հիվանդություն եղել է, որովհետև դա գենետիկ ֆակտոր էլ ունի, եթե հարազատներից ինչ-որ մեկի մոտ կա, կարող է հարազատներից մյուսների մոտ էլ լինի, բայց որպես կանոն աշխարհում ոչ ոք վիրահատությունից առաջ չի հետազոտվում այդ հիվանդության մասին պարզելու համար»։

Ղարիբյանը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեց՝ բոլոր կանոնները պահվել են, հիվանդի համաձայնությունը և ստորագրությունը կա, իսկ նրա հարազատների հետ ոչ մի խնդիր չունեն. «Բացատրել ենք, հասկացել են, մեզ ասել են՝ բժիշկ ջան, մենք գնում ենք դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության, եթե ձեր ասած ախտանիշը հաստատվեց, մենք նույնիսկ չենք բողոքի, շատ հանգիստ, իհարկե չեմ ասում ուրախ, բայց մեր ասածն ընդունելով ու հարգելով սպասում են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությանը»:
