Ռուսական կողմի մոտ խիստ ափսոսանք է առաջացնում Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը Վաշինգտոնում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովին: Այս մասին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։
Անդրադառնալով անվտանգության ոլորտին՝ Գալուզինը հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ և ռազմական ու ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտներում բազմաթիվ երկկողմ պայմանագրերի կողմ է հանդիսանում։
«Երևանի մտահոգությունները քննարկելու կառուցողական մոտեցման փոխարեն, այնտեղ, ցավոք, այլ ճանապարհ են ընտրել», - նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարարը, ապա հավելել, - «Հայաստանը գերադասում է մեծացնել փոխգործակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի կամ դաշինքի առանձին անդամների հետ, հատկապես ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշների ներդրման, զենքի գնման կամ համատեղ մարտական պատրաստության միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու առումով՝ չհաշված Վաշինգտոնում այս ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելը, որն ընթանում է այս օրերին։ Այս ամենը ծայրահեղ ափսոսանքից բացի ոչինչի չի կարող առաջացնել»։
Դիվանագետի կարծիքով` այդպիսի տեմպերով խորացնելով համագործակցությունը նրանց հետ, ում նպատակը Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական պարտությունն է, Երևանն իր ձեռքով ռիսկի է դիմում լրջորեն ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում, այդ թվում՝ ի վնաս սեփական երկրի անվտանգության։
«Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանում բանիմաց մասնագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները հասկանում են նման անխոհեմ քայլերի հնարավոր գինը։ Իմ կարծիքով՝ երկու աթոռի վրա նստելու փորձերի անիրատեսական բնույթը, թեկուզ մեկ այլ՝ տնտեսական ոլորտում, շատ հստակ արտահայտվել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի կողմից, երբ Մոսկվայում «Պրիմակովյան ընթերցումներ» ֆորումում նա խոսեց Երևանի` եվրոպական նկրտումների մասին՝ կապված ԵԱՏՄ-ում ստանձնած պարտավորությունների հետ»,- եզրափակել է Գալուզինը։
