В Армении установят льготы по дорожному налогу

Правительство Армении на заседании 11 июля одобрило проект изменений в Налоговый кодекс.

Необходимость принятия законопроекта обусловлена необходимостью повышения транзитной роли Армении и углубления сотрудничества с Ираном в сфере грузоперевозок.

Согласно этому, устанавливается возможность установления льготы в отношении действующих дорожных налогоплательщиков, въезжающих в Армению грузовыми транспортными средствами с целью транзита в третью страну через территорию РА, а также въезжающих на территорию Армении без транзита.

Объектом обложения дорожным налогом считается использование автомобильных дорог Армении грузовыми автомобилями, не зарегистрированными в РА. Дорожный налог взимается таможенными органами при въезде в республику за каждые 15 дней. Размер дорожного налога зависит от максимально разрешенной массы автомобиля.

Для решения существующих проблем предлагается внести изменения в Налоговый кодекс, которые предоставят возможность установить льготы для плательщиков дорожного налога в случаях, когда Правительство Армении определит страну регистрации (учета) грузового транспортного средства, его тип, количество. Цель регулирования – облегчение процесса установления или пересмотра льгот по дорожному налогу.
