Президент Армении посетил одну из воинских частей города Армавир

В рамках визита в Армавирскую область президент Армении Ваагн Хачатурян посетил одну из воинских частей Министерства обороны, расположенных в городе Армавир.

Приветствуя присутствующих, Хачатурян заявил: «В деле обеспечения суверенитета, безопасности и укрепления обороноспособности Армении мы обязаны сделать все, чтобы служащие в армии РА чувствовали себя сильными, уверенными и были убеждены в том, что у представителей страны одна программа - иметь сильную армию. Лишь с мощной армией мы сможем обеспечить свой суверенитет. Мы имеем горький опыт и сделали из всего этого соответствующие выводы.

Очень важно, как вы живете, очень важно, как вы вооружены. Мы сейчас проводим серьезные реформы в армии. Вы также являетесь теми, кто осуществляет эти реформы. Нам нужно быстро реформироваться, поскольку сегодняшняя современная армия имеет совершенно другое содержание, к чему нам нужно быть готовыми.

Будьте уверены, сегодняшняя власть делает все, чтобы мы, действительно, имели подготовленную, боеспособную армию, которая полноценно выполнит свою обязанность и обеспечит безопасность РА».

Президент также вручил поощрительные подарки военнослужащим, отличившимся высокой боеготовностью.

В ходе визита Хачатурян обошел воинскую часть, ознакомился с условиями питания, проживания, организации учебного процесса военнослужащих.
