В своем Instagram Селена объявила долгожданную дату премьеры на Netflix, которая состоится 13 ноября в США и Великобритании.
Фильм также выйдет в прокат во французских кинотеатрах 21 августа.
Зои Салдана играет одну из главных героинь фильма по имени Рита Моро Кастро, и фильм полностью на испанском языке, поскольку действие происходит в современной Мексике.
Согласно синопсису фильма, «адвокат Рита получает неожиданное предложение». «Она должна помочь внушающему страх боссу картеля уйти из бизнеса и исчезнуть навсегда, став женщиной, которой он всегда мечтал быть».
В фильме Рите поручено помочь сбежавшему лидеру картеля Эмилии пройти операцию по смене пола.
