Կիրանցի բնակիչներին պարտադրում են դիմումներ ստորագրել՝ առանց դրա բովանդակությանը ծանոթանալու

Կիրանցի բնակիչներին պարտադրում եմ դիմումներ ստորագրել՝ առանց դրա բովանդակությանը ծանոթանալու։
«Մարդիկ դիմում են գրում, որ հրաժարվում են իրենց նյութական և ոչ նյութական իրավունքներից՝ տվյալ փոխհատուցումը ստանալու պահից, բայց տեքստը չեն տեսնում, դիմումի փոխարեն ազատ թուղթ է տրամադրվում, որի վրա միայն ստորագրության տեղն է բաց»,- « Փաստինֆո»-ին ասել է Տավուշի մարզի Աճարկուտ համայնքի ավագանու նախկին անդամ Կարեն Ղազարյանը՝ արձանագրելով, որ դա ակնհայտ խախտում է։
«Կհիշեք, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն տարածեց, թե կադաստրի կոմիտեն Կիրանց համայնքի բնակիչներին կադաստրի վկայականները սխալմամբ է տվել , դրանից հետո սկսվել է հետևյալը՝ Կիրանցի բնակիիչներին համոզում են, որ իրենց ունեցած գույքից հրաժարվեն, ստորագրման պահից գույքի նկատմամբ պարտք ու պահանաջ չունենալու մասին դիմում են վերցնում, բայց, թե ինչ բովանդակակություն ունի նրանց ստորագրած դիմումը ստորագրողները տեղյակ չեն, այն իրենց ձեռքով չեն գրում»,- ասել է զրուցակիցը։
Կիրանցում կատարված ապօրինի սահմանազատման հետեւանքով իր սեփականությունից զրկվում 12 բնակիչ, բայց խոսքը գնում է ավելի քան 70 գույքի մասին, որը հանձնվել է Ադրբեջանին։ Դրանց թվում են՝ Կիրանցի բնակիչներին պատկանող հողատարածքներ , տնամերձեր, ֆերմա , խանութ, տներ։
«Բնակիչներ կան, որ ունեն 7, 14 անշարժ գույք՝ հանձնված ադրբեջանցիներին»,- ասաց Կ. Ղազարյանը՝ նշելով, որ երեք բնակիչ հրաժարվել է ստորագրել պարտադրված դիմումները՝ պահանջելով հնարավորություն տալ՝ ծանոթանալ դրանց։
Տավուշի մարզպետարանում հրաժարվում են դիմումի բովանդակությանը նրանց ծանոթացնել։
Նշենք, որ «Փաստինֆո»-ն գրավոր հարցում է ուղարկել կառավարություն՝ խնդրելով հայտնել, թե երբ եւ ում կողմից է հաստատվել դիմումի այն ձեւը, որոնք տրամադրվում են Կիրանցի բնակիչներին՝ ստորագրման, սակայն այս հարցը պատասխանը կառավարությունը չունի ու 30-օրյա ժամանակ է ուզել՝ ուսումնասիրելու համար։
