Երեկ ժամը 11-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհին՝ Գորայք բնակավայրի մոտ, վթարի ենթարկված զինծառայողներից մեկը՝ Իջևան քաղաքից Արմեն Մամյանն էր։ Վթարի ժամանակ նա ու ևս մեկ զինծառայող մահացել են տեղում, մյուս տուժածները տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասներով տեղափոխվել են բուժհաստատություն։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։
Քննիչները դեպքի վայրում իրականացրել են անհրաժեշտ և անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ։
20-ամյա Արմենի մահը ցնցել է ամբողջ Իջևանն ու իր հայրենի Կոթի գյուղը։ «Ախր շատ լավ տղա էր, բարեսիրտ, հասնող, համեստ, ընտանիքն էլ էր շատ համեստ։ Տեղով մեկ ուրախություն էր, հրաշալի ձայն ուներ, երգում էր մեր բոլոր առիթներին։ Էնքան էինք ուրախացել ընկերներով, որ իրենց տնեցիների չափ սպասում էինք, որ ուր որ ա կհասնի։ Լավ ընկեր կորցրինք, շատ վատ բան եղավ»,-MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արմենի ընկերներից Նարեկը։
Մեր զրուցակիցը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ Մամյաններն Արմենից բացի ունեն մեկ աղջիկ։ Հիմա ընտանիքի հետ Արմենի ու մյուս զորացրված զինվորի ողբերգական մահը սգում է ամբողջ Հայաստանը։
«Արդար չի էլի, մարդ 2 տարի ծառայի, ինչ դժվարությունների միջով ասես անցնի, զորացրման օրը վթարից մահանա»-ափսոսանք հայտնեց վթարից մահացած զորացրված զինվորի ընկերը։
Նարեկի խոսքով՝ ընտանիքը պատրաստություն էր տեսել, բարեկամներով հավաքվել էին, որ շուքով դիմավորեին Արմենին, սակայն, երբ կապը կորել է նրանց հետ, հարազատներն անհանգստացել են։
«Եթե չեմ սխալվում ՆԳՆ հաղորդագրությունից են իմացել կատարվածի մասին»,-հավելեց նա։
