«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Gallup» միջազգային հետազոտական կենտրոնի՝ վերջին սոցհարցման արդյունքները բավական ուշագրավ պատկեր են ի հայտ բերում ոչ միայն ներքաղաքական կյանքի, այլև արտաքին կողմնորոշումների նկատմամբ հասարակության վերաբերմունքի առումով: Այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իր քաղաքական ուժի վարկանիշը ցածր է և տատանվում է 12-14 տոկոսի սահմաններում, նորություն չէ: Նորություն չէ նաև այն, որ մեր հասարակության գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը դժգոհ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից: Այս հարցումը առավել հետաքրքիր է միջազգային կառույցների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի առումով, հատկապես այն տեսակետից, որ օրվա իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն իրականացնում են ընդգծված պրոարևմտյան, հակառուսական ու հակաՀԱՊԿական քարոզչություն:

Ճիշտ է, ՀԱՊԿ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության կողմնակիցների թիվը կրճատվել է 10 տոկոսով, իսկ, օրինակ՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցության կողմնակիցներինն ավելացել է 7 տոկոսով, այդուամենայնիվ, փորձագետների համոզմամբ, իշխանություններին չի հաջողվել էական փոփոխության հասնել մեր հանրության մոտեցումներում: Ի մասնավորի, աճել է նրանց թիվը, որոնք կարծում են, որ Հայաստանը պետք է լինի չեզոք երկիր և չլինի ՀԱՊԿ կամ ՆԱՏՕ անդամ: Ավելին, շուրջ 33 տոկոսը վստահ է, որ Հայաստանը չպետք է կամ չի կարող անդամակցել ԵՄ-ին, իսկ 28,8 տոկոսը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանը միանշանակ պետք է ձգտի անդամակցել Եվրամիությանը անգամ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու գնով: ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալուն դեմ է 37 տոկոսը: Եթե սրան գումարենք, որ մոտ 10 տոկոսը դեռևս չի կողմնորոշվել ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հարցի շուրջ, իսկ 17 տոկոսը՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու հարցի, ապա պատկերն առավել առարկայական կդառնա:

Հավելենք, որ հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք Հայաստանը շարժվում է ճիշտ ուղղությամբ, 51,6 տոկոսը բացասական պատասխան է տվել, իսկ 22,5 տոկոսը չի կողմնորոշվել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի (IRI) «փակ» հաշվետվությունը շատ ավելի «տխուր» պատկեր է ներկայացրել այս ուղղությամբ: Իսկ ահա, Եվրասիական սոցիոլոգների «Ֆոկուս» ազատ դաշինքի հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ Ռուսաստանի ու ԵԱՏՄ-ի ուղությամբ «նայողները» Հայաստանում 34 տոկոս են կազմում, ևս 28 տոկոսը բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականության կողմնակից է, այնինչ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու կողմնակիցները 22 տոկոս են:
