ՆԳՆ-ն՝ հայ-իրանական սահմանային անցակետում Իրանի քաղաքացուն ծեծի ենթարկելու մասին

Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացին հուլիսի 12-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարության Մեղրիի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել, որ հուլիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 22:15-ի սահմաններում, Մեղրիի սահմանակետի հարևանությամբ գտնվող ավտոկայանատեղիում, մեքենաների հերթի հետ կապված վիճաբանել է նշված ավտոկայանատեղիի աշխատակցի հետ, որը բռունցքով երկու անգամ հարվածել է բողոք ներկայացնող քաղաքացու դեմքին։
Ի պատասխան «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցման՝ ՆԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ տեղի ունեցած դեպքի օրը ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Մեղրիի բաժնի ծառայողների միջոցառումներով պարզվել է մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառած անձի ինքնությունը։
«Ագարակի 25-ամյա բնակիչը իրավապահների բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն և խոստովանել կատարածը։ Նա և փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն», — մանրամասնեց Նարեկ Սարգսյանը։
Ավելի վաղ, Հայաստանի սահմանին իրանցի վարորդին ծեծի ենթարկելու մասին լուրերը մեկնաբանել է Կապանում Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոս Մորթեզա Աբեդին Վարամինը՝ իրանական NASRNEWS-ի հետ զրույցում՝ նշելով, որ իրանցի վարորդի վիճակը լավ է և նրան դուրս են գրել հիվանդանոցից։
Գլխավոր հյուպատոսը հայտնել է, որ անձամբ այցելել է դեպքի վայրը և հանդիպել է տեղական ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որպեսզի ներկայացնի իրենց բողոքը: Վարամինը նշել է, որ դեպքի մեղավորը անցնում է հարցաքննության փուլով:
Բացի այդ, ընդգծելով Նորդուզ սահմանային անցակետի տնտեսական և ռազմավարական կարևորությունը՝ հյուպատոսը նշել է, որ այս տարվա մարտ-մայիս ամիսներին նկատվել է արտահանման և տարանցման բեռների 60% աճ, ինչը կարող է որոշ մարդկանց չգոհացնել և մղել նման դեպքերի ու կողմնակի իրադարձությունների ստեղծմանը:
