Պայմանագրային զինծառայող Սարգիս Խաչատրյանի մայրը չի հավատում, որ որդին ինքնասպանություն է գործել

Հուլիսի 3-ին Սոթքի դիրքերում հրազենային վիրավորումից մահացած պայմանագրային զինծառայող Սարգիս Խաչատրյանի ընտանիքը չի հավատում մահվան պաշտոնական` ինքնասպանության վարկածին: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Սարգիսի մայրը՝ Թամարա Գասպարյանն ասաց, որ իր համոզմամբ, որդուն սպանել են:  

«Կա՛մ սպանել են,  կա՛մ ստիպել են այդ քայլին գնալ, կա՛մ էլ անզգուշությունից է եղել: Ինչո՞ւ պիտի իրեն սպաներ: Ո՞ւր է իրենց պատասխանատուն, թո՛ղ գա, դիմացս կանգնի՛, աչքերիս մեջ նայի՛, ասի՛ տղադ իրեն սպանել է»,-ասաց նա:
 Մայրը վերջին անգամ հուլիսի 2-ին՝ 19:00-ի սահմանում է զրուցել Սարգիսի հետ. որդին ոչնչից չի բողոքել, տրամադրությունը լավ է եղել: Առավոտյան արդեն ընտանիքը ստացել է մահվան բոթը։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 3-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասից հաղորդում էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 00:45-ի սահմաններում, նույն զորամասի պահպանության շրջանի մարտական դիրքերից մեկում պայմանագրային զինծառայող Սարգիս Արթուրի Խաչատրյանը, դիտորդի պարտականությունները կատարելու ընթացքում, իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգից կզակի հատվածում ինքն իրեն պատճառել էր հրազենային վնասվածք, որից հետո տեղափոխվել էր կայազորային հոսպիտալ, որտեղ, գիտակցության չգալով, ժամը 02:20-ի սահմաններում, գրանցվել էր վերջինիս կենսաբանական մահը:

Քննչական կոմիտեում վարույթ էր նախաձեռնվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 522-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, այն է՝ զորամասում կամ զինվորական ծառայության կրելու այլ վայրում զինծառայողին սպառնալիքի, դաժան վերաբերմունքի կամ անձնական պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնելու միջոցով անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության կամ ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելը մեկ այլ զինծառայողի կողմից՝ մարտական հերթապահություն կամ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու ընթացքում:

Թամարա Գասպարյանի խոսքով, ընտանիքին ռազմական ոստիկանությունից ասել են, որ նախնական տվյալներով՝  Սարգիսը, հնարավոր է՝ ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով է ինքնասպան եղել։  Սարգիսի ընտանիքը, սակայն, բացառում է այս վարկածը։ 

«Ինքը եթե նեղության մեջ լիներ կասեր ինձ. ինքը իմ ընկերն էր, իմ տղեն էր, իմ ամեն ինչն էր: Ռազմական ոստիկանության ասում եմ՝ ու՞ր ա, որտե՞ղ ա վաշտի հրամանատարը, ես իմ տղուն սաղ սալամաթ տվել եմ ձեզ: Տանում  են անտեր, անտիրական թողնում էնտեղ, բարդակ ա: Թո՛ղ գան, տեսնեն՝ ինչ ա կատարվում իրենց զորամասերում ու դիրքերում»,-ասում է տիկին Թամարան:

Սարգիս Խաչատրյանի մահը այս տարվա միակ դեպքը չէ։ Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանձորի գրասենյակի տվյալներով՝ տարվա սկզբից ոչ մարտական պայմաններում արդեն  16  զինծառայող է մահացել։
