«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը տեղեկացնում է.
Հարգելի բաժանորդներ,
Այս օրերին շարունակվում են «Երեւանի ՀԷԿ 1»-ում (պատկանում է «Միջազգային էներգետիկ կորպորացիա» ընկերությանը) տեղի ունեցած խոշոր հրդեհի հետեւանքների վերացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքները։ Ըստ նախնական կանխատեսման, դրանք ավարտին կհասցվեն մինչեւ ս.թ. օգոստոսի 10-ը։
Նշենք, որ ԵրՀԷԿ-ից սնվում է Երեւանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի մոտ 30 և Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի 20 տոկոսը։ Այսօրվա դրությամբ այդ բեռը տեղաբաշխվել է Ընկերության այլ ենթակայանների միջեւ, ու էլեկտրասնուցումն ապահովվում է պահուստային մալուխներով հավաքված, այլընտրանքային սխեմայի միջոցով։ Մինչդեռ սովորական պայմաններում պահուստային մալուխները ծառայում են հիմնական մալուխների փոխարինման համար: Այսինքն, եթե սովորական պայմաններում վթարի դեպքում մինչև հիմնական մալուխների նորոգումը դրանք փոխարինվում էին պահուստայինով, այժմ, չունենալով պահուստային սնուցում, բաժանորդները հոսանքազրկվում են, ինչպես նաև վթարների վերացման ժամկետները նախատեսվածից ավելի են տևում։
Հաշվի առնելով վերը նշված վթարի մեծ ծավալները՝ մեր մասնագետներն աշխատում են 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով, անում հնարավորը մեր բաժանորդներին նվազագույն անհարմարություն պատճառելու համար։ Ընկերության բաժանորդների սպասարկման տեղեկատվական ծառայության շուրջօրյա գործող 1-80 զանգերի կենտրոնն աշխատում է խիստ ծանրաբեռնված արտակարգ ռեժիմով, ստանում բազմաթիվ զանգեր, որոնցից բոլորին, ցավոք, հնարավոր չէ պատասխանել։ Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ էլեկտրամատակարարման ընդհատումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է ոչ միայն օպերատորի, այլ նաեւ ավտոմատ ծառայության միջոցով, որի համար անհրաժեշտ է մուտքագրել բաժանորդական քարտի կամ պայմանագրին կցված հեռախոսահամարը։
Ընկերությունը մեկ անգամ եւս հայցում է իր բաժանորդների ներողամտությունը եւ հավաստիացնում, որ անում է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ այս պայմաններում անխափան էլեկտրամատակարման ապահովման համար։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ս.թ. հուլիսի 6-ին «Երեւանի ՀԷԿ 1»-ում տեղի ունեցած խոշոր հրդեհի հետեւանքով Երեւանի Կենտրոն եւ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանների որոշ հատվածներում առկա են էլեկտրամատակարարման ընդհատումներ:
