Ինչ է հայտնաբերվել հավի մսում և կոտլետում 4-ամյա երեխայի մաhվան ու ողբերգական թnւնավորման դեպքից հետո

Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս քաղաքում հուլիսի 6-ին արձանագրված թունավորման դեպքին արագ արձագանքել է ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը՝ իր իրավասությունների շրջանակում կատարելով անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ: Մասնավորապես՝ նույն օրը Գորիս քաղաքի խանութներից մեկից և Շինուհայր գյուղի խանութից կատարվել են նմուշառումներ այն մթերքներից, որոնք գնել և օգտագործել էին «սննդային թունավորում» նախնական ախտորոշմամբ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված ընտանիքի անդամները:
Ըստ այդմ՝ լաբորատոր հետազոտության են հանձնվել ռուսական արտադրության սառեցված հավի սրունք, հավի մսով կոտլետ, կրակովսկի տեսակի երշիկ և ռուսական արտադրության ցորենի ալյուր սննդատեսակները:
Համաձայն փորձաքննության արդյունքների՝ բրոյլեր տեսակի սառեցված հավի սրունքի նմուշում հայտնաբերվել են ախտածին ա/թ սալմոնելաներ (արտադրող և մատակարար՝ «ՍՊԿ Կուրնիկով» ՍՊԸ, Սարատովի թռչնակոմբինատ, արտադրված 10.04.2024թ, պիտանիության ժամկետը՝ 10.01.2025թ.), իսկ «Հոմ ֆուդ» ապրանքանիշի հավի մսով կոտլետը ՄԱՖԱնՄՔ (մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ և ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ) ցուցանիշով չի համապատասխանել ԵԱՏՄ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի պահանջներին (արտադրող՝ Ա/Ձ Սամսոն Ավագյան, Սյունիքի մարզ, արտադրված 25.05.2024թ, պիտանիության ժամկետը 120 օր):
Լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքները կտրամադրվեն նախաքննական մարմնին:
Տեսչական մարմինը հետագծելիությամբ կիրականացնի վերահսկաողական միջոցառումներ: Արդյունքները կհրապարակվեն:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր դարձել, որ Գորիսում թունավորվել էին 7–հոգանոց ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամները, իսկ 4-ամյա երեխան մահացել էր:
