Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2024 թվականի հունիս ամսվա ընթացքում ավարտված հսկողական աշխատանքների արդյունքներով վարձու աշխատողի չձևակերպման դեպքեր արձանագրվել են ընդհանուր առմամբ 39 հարկ վճարողի մոտ, իսկ տուգանքի չափը կազմել է 36,750 մլն դրամ:

Երեք և ավելի վարձու աշխատողների չձևակերպման 13 դեպքով 13 հարկ վճարող տուգանվել է 27.500 մլն դրամով: Մասնավորապես, դեպքերն արձանագրվել են հետևյալ ոլորտներում՝

  • դեղերի և բժշկական պարագաների առևտրի ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 3 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 750 հազար դրամ տուգանք.
  • կոսմետիկայի, արդուզարդի և օծանելիքի խանութում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 3 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 750 հազար դրամ տուգանք.
  • կրթության ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 3 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 750 հազար դրամ տուգանք.
  • հանրային սննդի ոլորտում․ հանդիսությունների սրահ ունեցող 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 16 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 4 մլն դրամ տուգանք և հանդիսությունների սրահ չունեցող 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 10 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 2.5 մլն դրամ տուգանք.
  • hեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտուր ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 6 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 1.5 մլն դրամ տուգանք.
  • շինարարության (բացառությամբ շենքերի կառուցապատման և ճանապարհաշինարարության) ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 8 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 2 մլն դրամ տուգանք.
  • այլ ոլորտներում 4 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 4 դեպքով բացահայտվել է 61 չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատող, առաջադրվել է 15.250 մլն դրամ տուգանք։

Երեք և ավելի չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատողների մասով խախտում թույլ տված 13 հարկ վճարողների անվանական ցանկը` ըստ գործունեության ոլորտների։

Չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատողների մասով խախտում թույլ տված 39 հարկ վճարողների ցանկը կցվում է։
