Իշխանությունը գրեթե ողջ կազմով արձակուրդի մեջ է

Հայաստանի բարձրագույն իշխանությունը գրեթե ամբողջ կազմով արձակուրդ է մեկնել, ընդ որում, տևական ժամանակով։ Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձակուրդի մեջ է լինելու հուլիսի 15-ից օգոստոսի 10-ը։ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն արձակուրդի մեջ է քսան օր։ Նրա տեղակալներն էլ փոխնիփոխ կհանգստանան՝ ընթացքում փոխարինելով միմյանց։
Արձակուրդի մեջ են նախարարները, փոխվարչապետներից Մհեր Գրիգորյանը։ Կառավարությունում միակ աշխատողն այս պահին Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն է, նա էլ հանգստի է մեկնելու օգոստոսի մեջ։ Արձակուրդի մեջ են նաև այլ, ավելի փոքր տրաչամափի ՔՊ-ականները, որոնց մեծ մասն արձակուրդն անցկացնելու է արտերկրում։ ՔՊ-ն լիաթոք հանգստանալու որոշում ընդունեց, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի գլխավորած շարժումն արդեն վտանգ չի սպառնում իրենց իշխանությանը։ Վտանգներ, իհարկե, կան, Ադրբեջանից, բայց դա, թերևս, քիչ է հետաքրքրում Փաշինյանին ու իր թիմին։
ԱԺ պատգամավոր, անվտանգային հարցերով փորձագետ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գնահատմամբ, մեկ ամիս առաջ երկրի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է անում, որտեղ խոսվում է նոյեմբերից հետո Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր ագրեսիայի սանձազերծման մասին, իսկ նույն երկրում պատերազմական ժամանակ գերագույն հրամանատարի կարգավիճակ ունեցողը, պատերազմական անոնսից մի քանի շաբաթ հետո, շուրջ մեկ ամսով արձակուրդ է մեկնում:
«Սա իշխանության անլրջության, անպատասխանատվության, անգործության, արկածախնդրության լավագույն ցուցիչն է: Կա´մ իշխանությունը խոստովանում է, որ ժողովրդին պատերազմի շանտաժով նոր փորձության է նախապատրաստում, կա´մ իշխող կառավարիչը նոր արհավիրքին ընդառաջ, անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների, գործողությունների պլանի իրագործման փոխարեն իրեն նվիրում է հեծանվավազքին ու շրջագայություններին` պետությունը հերթական անգամ թողնելով բախտի քմահաճույքին»,- նշել է պատգամավորը:
