2024թ. հուլիսի 9-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ ՔՀ բաժնում օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մոտ կրակոցներ են արձակում և վիրավոր քաղաքացի կա։

Նույն օրը ՝ ժամը 19։05-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «ձախ սրունքի հրազենային վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի 27–ամյա բնակիչը, ում առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է բավարար։ 

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ–հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ կրակոցներ արձակած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1998թ.։ Վերջինս նույն օրը հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին, որտեղ նրա գոտկատեղից ընկել է «SPORTSMAN CAL .25» գրառմամբ ատրճանակ։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2024թ. հուլիսի 9-ին` ժամը 18։30-ի սահմաններում, 25–ամյա երիտասարդը վիճաբանել է 27–ամյա համաքաղաքացու հետ, որի ընթացքում իր մոտ եղած ատրճանակով կրակոցներ է արձակել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք։ 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ վերոնշյալ շենքի հարևանությամբ գտնվող մայթեզրին հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է 2 կրակված պարկուճ։

Հարցաքննվել են վկաներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական, դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա միջնորդություն է հարուցվել հսկող դատախազին՝ 25–ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին, որը բավարարվել է, և նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ 

Երիտասարդի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
