17 июля вице-спикер НС Рубен Рубинян принял чрезвычайного и полномочного посла Исламской Республики Иран (ИРИ) в Армении Мехди Собхани. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба НС.
Приветствуя посла в парламенте, Р.Рубинян поздравил собеседника с благополучным проведением в ИРИ внеочередных президентских выборов.
Коснувшись недавней встречи с председателем Меджлиса Ирана Мохаммадом Багером Галибафом, зампредседателя НС высоко оценил взаимодействие с ИРИ, в том числе в межпарламентском формате. В этом контексте подчеркнута деятельность парламентских групп дружбы.
В ходе встречи состоялся обмен мнениями по вопросам двусторонней повестки Армения-Иран, а также региональной стабильности и безопасности.
