«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել Dubai Investment ֆորումը, որի 2 օրվա ընթացքում, մեր տեղեկություններով, վաճառվել է մոտ 60 մլն դոլարի անշարժ գույք Դուբայում: Վաճառվել են 1, 2 և 3 սենյականոց բնակարաններ: Այս ֆորումը կազմակերպել է Elit Stroy Property ընկերությունը, որը 8 տարվա փորձ ունեցող հայտնի անշարժ գույքի գործակալություն է և վաղուց արդեն գործունեություն է ծավալում Ղազախստանում, Ուկրաինայում, Թայլանդում և Արաբական Էմիրություններում:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, նույնիսկ կազմակերպիչների համար է անակնկալ եղել հայաստանյան շուկայի այդպիսի աշխուժությունն ու հետաքրքրությունը Դուբայի անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ: Ըստ այդմ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, որոշվել է Երևանում բացել կազմակերպության մասնաճյուղ: Մենք փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել ընկերության հայազգի տնօրեն Լիլիթ Սարգսյանի հետ՝ ճշտելու, թե երբ է հիմնադրվելու մասնաճյուղը, և թե ովքեր, ինչ խավի ներկայացուցիչներ են նման ծավալի գնումներ կատարած անձինք:
Ցավոք, տնօրենի հետ զրուցել չհաջողվեց, իսկ Elit Stroy-ի աշխատակիցը նշեց, որ գնորդների հետ կապված տեղեկությունները խիստ կոնֆիդենցիալ են և հնարավոր չէ տրամադրել երրորդ անձի: Ինչ վերաբերում է Երևանում մասնաճյուղ բացելու մասին տեղեկություններին, ապա մեր զրուցակիցը հաստատեց դրանք՝ հավելելով, որ այդ մասին լրացուցիչ կտեղեկացնեն:
