Մենք երեկվանից գրում ենք Սևանի Բոհեմիան Ռեզորթ հյուրանոցային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության մասին, որի արդյունքում մեկ անձ` Սեւանի ավագանու անդամ Արսեն Աֆիյանը սպանվել է, երկու անձ` վիրավորվել:
Արդեն հրապարակել ենք կատարվածի համար մեղադրվող երկու ձերբակալվածների անունները` Լյովա Արայի Բանդուրյան` նորատուսցի հայտնի եղբայրներից մեկի որդին եւ Միսաք Փաշիկյան: Երկրորդ անձի` Միսաք Փաշիկյանի մասին ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ պարզեցինք:
Դատալեքսից պարզեցինք, որ Միսաք Սամվելի Փաշիկյանին 2021 թվականին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա «իրավունք վերապահող կեղծ փաստաթուղթ օգտագործելով և խարդախությամբ ուրիշի գույքն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ բանկային փոխանցումներ կատարելու պատրվակով՝ ձեռք է բերել և հափշտակել ընդհանուր 115.482.685 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 209.500 եվրո գումար»:
Դատաքննություն է ընթացել եւ ըստ Դատալեքսում հրապարակված տեղեկատվության.
«07.12.2023 թվականին նշանակված դատական նիստին ամբաստանյալ Միսաք Սամվելի Փաշիկյանը չի ներկայացել: Վերջինիս ուղարկված ծանուցագիրը դատարանում հետ է ստացվել «Տեղում չի» նշումով: Դատական նիստը հետաձգվել և վերստին նշանակվել է 20.02.2024 թվականին»:
Այս տարվա փետրվարի 20-ին եւս Փաշիկյանը չի ներկայացել դատարան եւ դատարանը հետախուզում է հայտարարել նրա նկատմամբ: Եւ նա «հայտնաբերվել» է երեկ` տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունից հետո:
Եթե ոստիկանությունը նորմալ աշխատեր եւ հայտնաբերած լիներ հետախուզվող անձին, գուցե երեկվա սպանությունը տեղի չունենար:
