ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում ավարտվել է առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու, խուլիգանություն, սպանության փորձ կատարելու հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
Իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական հանգամանքները:
Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքում հաշվառված և փաստացի բնակվող 39-ամյա տղամարդը, 2024 թվականի մարտի 9-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցում գործող ակումբում վիճաբանել է տուժողի՝ Երևան քաղաքի 28-ամյա բնակչի հետ, ինչը վերաճել է քաշքշուկի։ Դրա ընթացքում վերջինիս ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, 39-ամյա տղամարդն իր մոտ նախապես պահվող սուր ծակող-կտրող առարկայով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել երիտասարդի կենսական նշանակության օրգանների՝ գլխի, որովայնի, դաստակի և ուսի հատվածներին։ Սակայն ակումբի պահնորդական ծառայության աշխատակիցների միջամտությամբ նրա հանցավոր գործողությունների կանխման, շտապօգնության աշխատակիցների և հիվանդանոցում ցուցաբերված բժշկական միջամտության արդյունքում հաջողվել է փրկել 28-ամյա երիտասարդի կյանքը և հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել:
Տուժողի ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքների մեխանիզմը, ծանրության աստիճանը պարզելու նպատակով նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացության համաձայն՝ մարմնական վնասվածքները, ըստ բժշկական փաստաթղթերի և օբյեկտիվ ուսումնասիրության տվյալների, հանդիսանում են կյանքի համար վտանգավոր:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա՝ 39-ամյա տղամարդուն վերջնական մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց տնային կալանք, գրավ և բացակայելու արգելք:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան:
