SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ՝ հուլիսի 17-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության (ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Վարդան Վարդանյանի), քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Պետրոսյանի, ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանի, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի, ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի՝ բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Կարեն Ավետիսյանի, ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնի՝ բաժնի պետ Ռոբերտ Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ համագործակցելով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության՝ վարչության պետ Սարգիս Մարգարյանի, Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Թորգոմ Չանդոյանի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազության աշխատակիցների՝ դատախազ Գագիկ Այվազյանի գլխավորությամբ, իրականացնելով հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ հետախուզական աշխատանքներ պարզել են հուլիսի 17-ին Սևանի վարչական տարծքում գործող «Best Western Bohemian Resort» հանգստյան գոտում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուքի մասնակիցների և կրակոցներ արձակողի ինքնությունը։
Ըստ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների (ինչը հիմնավորվել է հյուրանոցային համալիրում եղած տեսախցիկների արձանագրածով), ժամը 19։50-ի սահմաններում Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 40-ամյա Միսակ Փ․-ն և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Լյովա Բ․-ն Վ․ Ա․-ի, Ս․ Ս-ի և Գ․ Ս․-ի հետ գտնվել են նշված հյուրանոցային համալիրի իրենց կողմից պատվիրված հյուրասենյակում և այդ ժամանակ դրսից լսել են վիճաբանության և հայհոյանքի ձայներ։
Բոլորը դուրս են եկել և դիտողություն արել, որից հետո Ա․ Աֆիյանի, Ա․ Ալոյանի, Է․ Աֆյանի և Գ․ Ղազարյանի հետ մտել են վիճաբանության հետ, որը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի։ Այդ ամենին մասնակից են եղել նաև Միսակ Փ․-ի ընկերները։ Այդ ժամանակ Միսակ Փ․-ն ծեծկռտուքի մասնակիցներից Է․ Աֆյանի ձեռքին նկատել է ատրճանակի նմանվող առարկա և փորձել է նրանից խլել այն և բռնել է նրա ձեռքը, որի ընթացքում էլ մեկ կրակոց է արձակվել հատակի ուղղությամբ։ Այդ ժամանակ նրանց է մոտեցել նշված հյուրանոցային համալիրի անվտանգության աշխատակից Ա․ Ալոյանը, ով նույնպես բռնել է Է․ Աֆյանի ձեռքից, փորձելով նրանից վերցնել ատրճանակը։ Այդ ժամանակ Միսակ Փ․-ն իր մոտ պահվող ատրճանակով մեկ անգամ կրակել է Է․ Աֆյանի ուղղությամբ, իսկ առաջացած քաշքշուկի ընթացքում կարողացել է վերցնել նրա ձեռքի ատրճանակը և ևս մեկ կրակոց արձակել, որի հետևանքով Ա․ Ալոյանին պատճառվել է հրազենային վնասվածք, իսկ Միսակ Փ․-ն իր մոտ եղած ատրճանակով կրակոց է արձակել Ա․ Աֆիյանի ուղղությամբ և կրակոցը դիպել է վերջինի որովայնին։
