Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Ֆրանսիայի պետքարտուղարի հետ քննարկել է երկկողմ համագործակցության հեռանկարները

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հունվարի 23-ին ն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի զարգացման և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հարցերով պետական քարտուղար Աննիկ Ժիրարդենին։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին` նախարար Նալբանդյանն ընդգծել է բարեկամ Ֆրանսիայի հետ բոլո ր ոլորտներում առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերություններն ամրապնդելու Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը: Այս առումով Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը կարևորել է պարբերական բարձր մակարդակի փոխադարձ այցելությունները։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար` Աննիկ Ժիրարդենը շեշտել է, որ Ֆրանսիան կարևորում է բարեկամ Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդումը և ընդլայնումը բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում` որպես ֆրանկոֆոն ընտանիքի ամենաակտիվ անդամներից։
Հանդիպմանը հանգամանալից անդրադարձ է արվել տարբեր բնագավառներում երկկողմ փոխգործակցության խորացման հարցերին, միջխորհրդարանական կապերի, ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության, կրթության ոլորտում փոխգործակցության զարգացմանը։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են անցյալ հոկտեմբերին Հայաստանում անցկացված Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովի 31-րդ նստաշրջանի արդյունքներին։ Տիկին Ժիրարդենը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի դերակատարությունը ՖՄԿ շրջանակներում։ Քննարկվել են Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի շրջանակներում բազմակողմ փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր։
Առևտրատնտեսական կապերի խորացման համատեքստում կարևորվել է ֆրանսիական ընկերությունների արդյունավետ գործունեությունը Հայաստանում, ֆրանսիական ներդրումների խթանումը և համապատասխան բարենպաստ պայմանների կատարելագործումը։
Այդ առումով նախարար Նալբանդյանն արժևորել է Հայաստանում Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերը, որոնք մեծապես նպաստում են Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական առաջընթացին։
Անդրադարձ է արվել միջազգային կազմակերպություններում համագործակցության սերտացմանը, կարևորվել դրանց խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովներում փոխգործակցության զարգացումը։
