SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով` հուլիսի 17-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում։
Ժամը 22։25-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակում և Ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Կապան քաղաքի «Ջաղաց» հանգստի կենտրոնում դանակահարել են 3 քաղաքացու։
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ տեղում պարզվել է, որ «Ջաղաց» հանգստի կենտրոնում հարևանությամբ հանգստացող երկու խմբերի միջև առաջացած վիճաբանության ընթացքում քաղաքացիներից մեկը դանակով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է հասցրել Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ, 46-ամյա Գուրգեն Հ․-ին և 36-ամյա Մանվել Հ․-ին, իսկ Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 45-ամյա Իշխան Պ․-ին պատճառել դաստակի կոտրվածք, ովքեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Կապան» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Ոստիկանների և պարեկների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ հայհոյանք հնչեցնելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի է ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 25-ամյա Աքսաննա Բ․-ի, 26-ամյա Օլյա Ս․-ի, 28-ամյա Գոհար Ս․-ի, 25-ամյա Ռուբեն Կ․-ի, 42-ամյա Էրիկ Ն․-ի, 20-ամյա Սամվել Ն․-ի և մյուս կողմից Գուրգեն Հ․-ի, Մանվել Հ․-ի, Իշխան Պ․-ի և Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 47-ամյա Արման Ղ․-ի միջև, որի ընթացքում Գոհար Ս․-ն, սեղանի վրայից վերցնելով խոհանոցային դանակը, հարվածել է Մանվել Հ․-ի, Գուրգեն Հ․-ի կրծքավանդակի թիկնային մակերեսին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք և քերծել Իշխան Պ․-ի ձեռքը, վերջինս էլ, վիճաբանության ընթացքում վայր ընկնելով, կոտրել է ճաճանչոսկրը:
Վիճաբանության մասնակիցներին ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները տեղափոխել են Ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժին, որտեղ Գոհար Ս․-ն, Սամվել Ն․-ն, Ռուբեն Կ․-ն և Էրիկ Ն․-ն ձերբակալվել են:
Դեպքի փաստով Ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնում կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
