Ի՞նչ «խոր եզրակացություններ» կանի Ռուսաստանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Gazeta.ru-ն «Պետդումայում գնահատել են ԱՄՆ զինվորականի աշխատանքը Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում» հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում աշխատելու համար ԱՄՆ բանակի ներկայացուցչի նշանակումը Մոսկվայի հետ կապերը խզելու Երևանի հետևողական քայլն է, Gazeta.ru-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
«Այն, ինչ մինչ այժմ գաղտնի էր, պարզ է դառնում։ Վստահ եմ, որ առաջ էլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմական համագործակցության հետ կապված ամեն ինչ հայտնել է Արևմուտքի իր նոր գործընկերներին։ Հիմա դա այլևս չի կարելի թաքցնել, և հենց դրա հետ է կապված ՊՆ-ում պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի հայտնվելը։ Ռուսաստանին սպառնացող վտանգն այն է, որ Փաշինյանի ներկայիս իշխանությունը ակտիվ ջանքեր է գործադրում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների գիտակցությունը վերաձևելու և նրանց հավատացնելու համար, որ Արևմուտքը կօգնի, իսկ Ռուսաստանն իրենց թշնամին է։ Թեպետ դա ուղղակիորեն չի ասվում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ռազմական ոլորտում ամերիկացիների և արևմուտքի հետ ներկայիս համակարգմանը, ապա այս դավաճանական կուրսի շրջանակներում միանգամայն հասկանալի հաջորդական քայլեր կան Ռուսաստանի, հետխորհրդային տարածքի հետ կապերը խզելու և Արևմուտքի թևի տակ մտնելու համար»,–ասել է նա։
Զատուլինը կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանը պետք է «խոր եզրակացություններ» անի Հայաստանի այդ որոշման հետ կապված։ «Հայաստանն այժմ գտնվում է խաչմերուկում: Չնայած Փաշինյանը պահպանում է խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության հնարավորությունը մինչև 2026 թվականը, բայց կան բողոքի շարժումներ։ Մեր կողմից կարող ենք խստորեն զգուշացնել, որ սվինների վրա նստելը և ցուցարարներին ճնշելը կդատապարտվի մեր կողմից և կունենա հետևանքներ մեր հարաբերություններում։ Դա շատ ավելի կարևոր է, քան պարզապես խոսքերով արձագանքել Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հերթական փռշտոցին»,- պարզաբանել է նա: Զատուլինը նաև կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը կարող է բարձրացնել ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի հարցը, որը տեղակայված է Գյումրիում և Երևանում։
«Վստահ եմ, որ որոշակի փուլում Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը, եթե զգա դրայվ ու արձագանքի բացակայություն նախորդ ամեն ինչի նկատմամբ, ապա անպայման կբարձրացնի այդ հարցը։ Դրանում կասկած չկա, քանի որ Փաշինյանը իր ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում հակադրվել է Հայաստանի մեր բազային, ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցությանը և այլն։ Նրա այդ ընթացքի մի մասն արդեն իսկ դարձել է Հայաստանի իշխանության պաշտոնական գիծը»,- եզրափակել է նա։
