Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 20-ին, SHAMSHYAN.com-ը բազմաթիվ հեռախոսազանգեր է ստացել Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչներից, ովքեր իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնում, ասելով, որ քաղաքի դատախազության «քթի տակ» ինչ-որ շինություն կառուցելու համար ծառերի սպանդ են իրականացնում։

Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին․ «Նախկինում այս տարածքը հարթ տարածություն էր։ Ահագին ծառեր կային տնկված, սակայն չգիտես ում «դաբռո»-ով տարածքը սեփականաշնորհվեց, ինչը մեզ համար հանելուկ էր։ Գալիս էինք մեր հանգիստն էինք անցկացնում, իսկ հիմա արդեն հիմքը փորել են, վերացնելով ահագին ծառեր։ Մի քանի հատ էր մնացել, այդ թվում եղևնիներ, որոնցից մի քանիսը երեկ արդեն տրակտորով հողին հավասարեցրին։ Հիմա չգիտենք, ինչ են կառուցում, ով է կառուցում, քանի որ երկաթները տեղադրեցին, սակայն ոչ մի ցուցանակ չկա, իսկ օրենքը պարտադրում է, որ պետք է անպայման ցուցանակ լինի, որով մարդիկ իմանան, երբ է շինթույլտվությունը տրվել, ինչ է կառուցվելու, ով է կապալառուն, ով է սեփականատերը և երբ է լինելու շինարարության ավարտը։ Անգամ նախազգուշացնող ցուցանակներն են բացակայում, որպեսզի մարդիկ իմանան, որ այդ հատվածում շինարարական աշխատանքներ է կատարվում։ 

Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով այն պատկանում է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի փոխնախարար Կարեն Գիլոյանի հորեղբորը ու ճիշտն ասած զարմացած ենք, թե ինչու հենց այս վայրում որոշվեց ծառերի հերն անիծելու հաշվին քարե շինություն կառուցեն»։
