ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի հայտարարությունը` ՀՀ ՊՆ-ում ներկացուցիչ գործուղելու մտադրության վերաբերյալ, կառավարությունից այդպես էլ չպարզաբանվեց: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Ակնհայտ է, որ ԱՄՆ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան պատահական չբարձրաձայնեց այդ հարցը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ կողմերը դրա հետ կապված քաղաքական որոշում ունեն:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ ավելի վաղ Ֆրանսիայի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն էր տեղեկացրել, որ ՀՀ-ում ռազմական կցորդի միջոցով ՀՀ ԶՈւ-ի հետ ռազմական համագործակցությունը խորացնելու ծրագրեր են նախապատրաստում:

Իհարկե, մեկ բան է ռազմական գործակցության ընդլայնումը ռազմական կցորդի ակտիվ ներգրավածությամբ, մեկ այլ խորություն է ՊՆ-ում ներկայացուցիչ ունենալու հանգամանքը, ինչը ըստ ամերիկացի դիվանագետի, ռազմավարական գործընկերության փուլ թևակոխելու պատմական փաստ է:

Պաշտոնական Երևանը չի շտապում փակագծերն ամբողջությամբ բացելուն, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ փորձ է արվում ԶՈւ-ում արմատական փոփոխությունների գնալ, որն ունի և´ գաղափարական, և´ քաղաքական, և´ հայեցակարգային հիմք:

Զուտ ռազմական տեսանկյունից, այս կամ այն մոդելի առումով կողմնորոշումը կամ միտվածությունը, դեռ չի երաշխավորում այդպիսի չափանիշներով բանակի ձևավորումը, դրա համար ահռելի աշխատանք և ռազմաքաղաքական ճիշտ, որակյալ ու գրագետ վերանայումներ են ենթադրում, ինչը ներկայիս ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության պայմաններում բացառվում են:

Երկրորդ, դեռ պետք է հասկանալ, առկա քաղաքական համաձայնություններն առաջնային հայկական բանակի մարտունակության թռիչք են ենթադրում, թե դա իր մեջ բացառապես աշխարհաքաղաքական նպատակ է ենթադրում` ցույց տալու, որ ՌԴ-ից տարանջատումը նաև անվտանգության ուղղությամբ է, ինչը բևեռային վերանայումների առանցքային բաղադրիչն է», - գրել է նա:
