Դեպքի օրը նույն ինքնաթիռով 4 թռիչք է կատարվել. պարզվում են 2 անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած «ՅԱԿ-52»-ի վթարի հանգամանքները

Պարզվում են երկու անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի «ՅԱԿ-52» տեսակի ուսումնավարժական ինքնաթիռի վթարման պատճառներն ու հանգամանքները:
«2024թ. հուլիսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասում անցկացվող ուսումնավարժական թռիչքի ժամանակ Եղվարդ քաղաքի «Լճեր» կոչվող տարածքում վթարի է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ՊՆ հաշվեկշռում գտնվող «ՅԱԿ-52» տեսակի «15» կողային համարի ինքնաթիռ, որի հետևանքով անձնակազմի երկու անդամները՝ հրահանգիչ-օդաչու, ավագ լեյտենանտ Արմեն Խաչիկի Իսախանյաը (ծնված 1998թ․) և ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ակադեմիայի կուրսանտ Արմեն Կարենի Խաչատրյանը (ծնված 2004թ․) մահացել են։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունում նույն օրը, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 539-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (ռազմական թռչող սարքերի թռիչքների, դրանց նախապատրաստման կամ շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու կամ ավելի անձանց մահ), նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ձևավորվել է քննչական խումբ: Նախաքննության շրջանակներում իրականացվել և շարունակվում են մեծածավալ քննչական և ապացուցողական գործողություններ։
Մասնավորապես, դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատահրդեհատեխնիկական, դատանյութագիտական, դատաբժշկական բնագավառների փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ փորձաքննություններ նշանակելու նպատակով վերցվել են նմուշներ։ Կատարվել է դիակների արտաքին զննում, նշանակվել են դիակների դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
Միաժամանակ, քննչական խմբի քննիչների կողմից ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասից առգրավվել են վարույթի համար նշանակություն ունեցող նյութեր և փաստաթղթեր։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում հարցաքննվել են բազմաթիվ վկաներ, այդ թվում՝ պարզվել և հարցաքննվել են դեպքին ականատես անձինք։ Պարզվել է, որ նշված օրը նույն ինքնաթիռով տեղի է ունեցել 4 ուսումնավարժական թռիչք։ Բոլոր նշված թռիչքներն իրականացվել են հրահանգիչ-օդաչու, ավագ լեյտենանտ Արմեն Իսախանյանի մասնակցությամբ։ Վթարը տեղի է ունեցել կուրսանտ Արմեն Խաչատրյանի հետ երկրորդ թռիչքի ընթացքում։
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, կատարվում են մեծածավալ քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ՝ վթարի պատճառները, սահմանված կարգով ինքնաթիռի շահագործման թույլատրելիության, տեխնիկական պահանջներին համապատասխանության, անհրաժեշտ զննություններն անցած լինելու և վթարին հանգեցրած հնարավոր այլ գործոնները պարզելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասված է ՔԿ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք՝ հուլիսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 09։30-ին Եղվարդ քաղաքի մոտակայքում՝ «Լճեր» կոչվող տարածքի մոտ, կործանվել է ուսումնամարզական թռիչք իրականացնող ինքնաթիռ, կա 2 զոհ, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Ուսումնամարզական ինքնաթիռի վթարի հետևանքով զոհվել են ավագ լեյտենանտ Արմեն Խաչիկի Իսախանյանը և կուրսանտ Արմեն Կարենի Խաչատրյանը:
