Բոլոր երկրներում, բացի հայտնի տեսարժան վայրերից, կան նաև այնպիսի վայրեր, որոնց գտնվելու վայրի մասին քչերը գիտեն, սակայն դրանք նրանց պակաս հետաքրքիր չի դարձնում:
Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է առանձնատներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը յուրովի գեղեցիկ է ու ունի անսովոր պատմություն:
1. Ալյասկա, ռուս եպիսկոպոսի տունը
«Ռուսական Ամերիկայի» հնագույն պահպանված շինություններից է երկհարկանի այս կառույցը, որտեղ աշխատել ու ապրել է Ալյասկայի առաջին ռուս եպիսկոպոսը, ով որպես միսիոներ էր աշխատում հարավային Ալյասկայի բնիկների մոտ:
2. Արիզոնա, «Թալիեսին» նստավայրը Սքոթսդեյլում
Հայտնի ճարտարապետ Ֆրենկ Լլոյդ Ռայթը իր ամառային «Թալիեսին» նստավայրը կառուցել է 620 ակր տարածքում:
3. Արկանզաս, ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Բիլ Քլինթոնի ծննդյան վայրը
Այս համեստ երկհարկանի տանը Բիլն անցկացրել է իր կյանքի առաջին 4 տարիները իր տատիկի ու պապիկի մոտ: Մայրն այդ ժամանակ սովորում էր Նոր Օռլեանում:
4. Կալիֆոռնիա, Playboy-ի առանձնատունը, Լոս Անջելես
Այս 2000 քմ տարածքով 1929 թվականին կառուցված առանձնատան մասին լեգենդներ են շրջում:
5. Կոլորադո, «Քնած» տունը, Ջինեզի լեռ
Այս անսովոր էլիպսաձև կառույցը կառուցվել է 1963թ. ճարտարապետ Չառլզ Դիթոնի կողմից, այն հայտնի դարձավ Վուդի Ալենի «Քնածը» ֆիլմից հետո:
6. Քոնեկտիկուտ, Ապակե տունը, Նյու Հանաան
Լեգենդար ճարտարապետ Ֆիլիպ Ջոնսոնը այդ կուլտային ապակե պատերով տունը նախագծեց իր համար 1949-ին: Արդյունքում՝ տունը ուժեղ ազդեցություն ունեցավ ժամանակակից ու մինիմալիստական ճարտարապետության վրա:
7. Դելավեր, Nemours առանձնատունն ու այգիները, Ուիլմինգթոն
Կառուցվել է Ալֆրեդ Դյուպոնի երկրորդ կնոջ համար 1909 թվականին, ունի 105 սենյակ, զբաղեցնում է 300 ակր տարածք:
8. Ֆլորիդա, Էռնեստ Հեմինգուեյի տունը, Քի-Վեսթ
Հայտնի ամերիկացի գրողը ապրում էր իսպանական ոճով կառուցված տանը 193-1939թթ.: Հենց այստեղ է նա գրել իր հայտնի դասական ստեղծագործությունները, այդ թվում՝ «Կիլիմանջարոյի ձյուները»:
9. Ջորջիա, Կարապի տունը, Ատլանտա
Այս արքայական տունը գտնվում է 28 ակր տարածքի վրա, այն եղել է բամբակի միջոցով մագնատ դարձած ամերիկացու ժառանգների տունը:
10. Հավայան կղզիներ, Լիլիեսթրենդի տունը, Հոնոլուլու
Այն հավայան ժամանակակից ոճի առավել բարդ ու հայտնի կառույցներից է, ճարտարապետն է Վլադիմիր Օսիպովը:
