Решения Совета ЕС укрепят наше партнерство с Арменией: Борель

Верховный представитель Евросоюза по иностранным делам и политике безопасности Жозеп Боррель высоко оценил принятое Советом министров иностранных дел ЕС 22 июля решение начать диалог с Арменией по вопросам визовой либерализации и выделить стране 10 миллионов евро из Европейского фонда мира.
Борель заявил об этом на пресс-конференции.
"Совет ЕС принял два важных решения, которые будут способствовать дальнейшему развитию партнерства с Арменией. Впервые мы приняли решение предоставить Армении поддержку в размере 10 миллионов евро в рамках “Европейского инструмента мира”.
Более того, мы дали зеленый свет началу диалога с Арменией по либерализации виз.
Я рад, что нам удалось принять два долгожданных для Армении решения, которые укрепят наше партнерство с Арменией, учитывая напряженную ситуацию на Южном Кавказе", - сказал Жозеп Борель.
