Սահմանազատման հետևանքով Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան խոշորացված համայնքի Կիրանց գյուղի բնակիչների մի մասը սեփական տուն, տարածք կամ բիզնես է կորցրել, որոնք մնացել են սահմանային բարիկադի մյուս կողմում։ Դրա դիմաց պետությունը փոխհատուցում է նախատեսել, սակայն, պարզվում է, որ բնակիչներին հասանելի ձևաթղթում, որի տակ ստորագրում են, փոխհատուցման չափի մասին որևէ բառ չկա։ 

«Ամիսներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր՝ «որոշումը գաղտնի է»։ Հիմա Կիրանցում և հարևան գյուղերում տարակուսանքի մեջ են։ Ոչ մեկ չի կարող հասկանալ այդ մարդկանց, առավել ևս՝ մեղադրել։ Ասեմ ձեզ, անգամ արդեն Կիրանցը լքողներ կան»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում իր մտահոգությունը հայտնեց գյուղի բնակիչը։

Կիրանցում մարդիկ երկընտրանքի առջև են․ մնա՞լ սահման դարձած գյուղում, թե՞ այնուամենայնիվ հեռանալ ենթադրյալ վտանգից։ Սահմանային պատին ամենամոտ տան բնակիչներն արդեն հեռացել են։ 

«Հիմա այդ տանը շինարարներն են ապրում։ Դուք լինեք՝ կապրեի՞ք, երբ սահմանի պատը նաև քո տան «զաբոռն ա»։ Որ գոռում էինք, ասում էինք՝ «գյուղը կկորցնի կենսունակությունը», մեկն ասում էր՝ «մեր մտածածն էն ա, որ ասեք՝ «վա՜յ, ինչ լավ ա, որ 50 մետր էն կողմ Ադրբեջանն ա»»։ Հիմա էդ 50 մետր ասվածը երանելի թիվ ա։ Ու չենք ասում՝ «վա՜յ, ինչ լավ ա, մի քանի քայլ էն կողմ Ադրբեջանն ա», որովհետև էդ նույն ադրբեջանցիների հայտնվելու պատճառով գյուղը լքելու տրամադրություններ կան»,- ասաց նա։

Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ կառավարության կողմից փոխհատուցման գումարը ստանալուց հետո կիրանցեցիներն այլևս չեն կարող պետությանն այս հարցով որևէ այլ պահանջ ներկայացնել։

«Այո՛, դա հստակ գրված է ձևաթղթում, բայց փոխհատուցման չափը նշված չէ։ Կոռուպցիան էլ ո՞նց ա լինում»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
