Երևան քաղաքի Պարույր Սևակի 5/1 հասցեում գտնվող բազմահարկ շենքի՝ պայթեցման եղանակով քանդման վերաբերյալ լրատվամիջոցների և սոցիալական հարթակների մշտադիտարկման, ինչպես նաև ստացվող ահազանգերի հիման վրա Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմում անմիջապես սկսվել է ուսումնասիրության ընթացակարգ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմից:

«Պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ կապ է հաստատվել ինչպես իրավասու պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, հարակից շենքերի բնակիչների, այնպես էլ պայթեցման աշխատանքներով զբաղվող ընկերության ներկայացուցչի հետ:

ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմում ուսումնասիրվում են հարցին առնչվող առկա փաստերը և ոլորտը կարգավորող իրավական ակտերը:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը մտահոգիչ է համարում այն, որ բնակիչները գործընթացի վերաբերյալ պատշաճ չեն իրազեկվել, ինչը համանման գործընթացների պարագայում հաճախակի հանդիպող պրակտիկա է և չի համապատսխանում միջազգային չափանիշներին:

Հաշվի առնելով բնակիչների շրջանում առկա մտահոգությունները, ոլորտը կարգավորող իրավական ակտերի վերաբերյալ առկա՝ միմյանց հակասող մեկնաբանություններն ու տարընթերցումները, պայթեցնելու հնարավոր հետևանքների լրջությունը, այդ թվում` մարդու իրավունքների տարբեր բնագավառների տեսանկյունից, ինչպես նաև ոլորտում պետության կոնկրետ պոզիտիվ պարտավորությունները՝ Պաշտպանը հատուկ ընդգծում է, որ պետությունը պետք է ապահովի գործընթացի պատշաճ կազմակերպումը և բացառի մարդու իրավունքների հնարավոր խախտումները այդ համատեքստում:

Այս տեսանկյունից Պաշտպանը կարևորում է նաև ոլորտի իրավահարաբերություններն առավել համապարփակ կարգավորելու և գործող կարգավորումները կատարելագործելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Վերոնշյալ հարցը գտնվում է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո:

Այս պահին ևս քննարկումներ են ընթանում իրավասու պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ խնդիրը մարդու իրավունքների չափանիշներին համապատասխան լուծելու առնչությամբ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
