Մարտի 1-ի գործով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների դատական գործը հնարավոր է վերսկսվի։
 
Վճռաբեկ դատարանը տարեսկզբին դիմել է Սահմանադրական դատարան, որն էլ որոշել է, որ մեղադրանքը վերաորակելու համար քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի հոդվածը համապատասխանում է Սահմանադրությանը։ Ամեն ինչ ավելի հստակ կլինի, երբ Վճռաբեկ դատարանը Սահմանադրական դատարանի այս որոշման հիման վրա որոշում կայացնի։ Ըստ ամենայնի, գործը նոր հոդվածներով նոր քննության կուղարկեն։
 
Ըստ մասնագետների, նույնիսկ եթե քննությունը վերսկսվի, ահռելի մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ երկրորդ նախագահին և գործով անցնող մյուս նախկին պաշտոնյաներին կամ արդարացնեն, կամ վաղեմության հիմքով նրանց ազատեն պատասխանատվությունից։
 
Հայաստանի նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն ու նրա ընտանիքի անդամներն էլ հրավիրվել են դատախազություն՝ ծանոթանալու իրենց ունեցվածքին առնչվող ուսումնասիրությանը։ Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը դեռևս չի հրապարակում Աղվան Հովսեփյանի ու նրան փոխկապակցված անձանց գույքի ցանկը, որ իրենց երկու տարվա ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում ապօրինի է որակվել։ Դատախազությունից արդեն դիմել են դատարան՝ Հովսեփյանների ունեցվածքն արգելանքի տակ դնելու պահանջով։
 
Թե՛ Քոչարյանի դեմ գործի վերաբացումը, թե՛ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի գույքի բռնագանձման փորձերը վկայում են՝ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը նոր շոու է բեմադրում՝ հանրությանը շեղելու երկրի առջև ծառացած հիմնախնդիրներից։
 
Հատկապես այսօր, երբ Ադրբեջանը սաստկացրել է իր պահանջները, Հայաստանը գտնվում է նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի առջև, գործող վարչախմբին հանապազօրյա հացի պես անհրաժեշտ են նման տեսարանները։
