Պնդումը, թե հայկական կողմը խոչընդոտում է դեպի ՌԴ գյուղմթերքի արտահանումը, ապատեղեկատվություն է. արգելվում է միայն կարանտին վնասակար օրգանիզմներով վարակված բեռների արտահանումը․ ՍԱՏՄ

Որոշակի շրջանակների կողմից շրջանառվող այն պնդումը, թե՝ «հայկական կողմը խոչընդոտում է դեպի ՌԴ գյուղմթերքի արտահանումը...», բացարձակ ապատեղեկատվություն է և չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնից։
«ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը ոչ թե մեկ շաբաթ, այլ ընդհանրապես, որպես իր գործառույթ, վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում Հայաստանից արտահանվող բուսասանիտարական ենթահսկման արտադրանքի՝ պտուղ-բանջարեղենի, նկատմամբ՝ նմուշառում կատարելով արտահանվող յուրաքանչյուր խմբաքանակից և ներկայացնելով լաբորատոր փորձաքննության՝ կարանտին վնասակար օրգանիզմներով վարակվածությունը պարզելու նպատակով։
Տեղեկացնենք, որ հաշվի առնելով արտահանվող բեռների սեզոնային ակտիվությունը` ՍԱՏՄ «Հանրապետական անասնաբուժասանիտարական և բուսասանիտարական լաբորատոր ծառայությունների կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը վերջին շրջանում աշխատում է նաև շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին՝ արտահանվող բեռների կանգառների ժամանակը կրճատելու և փորձաքննությունները հնարավորինս արագ իրականացնելու համար։
Ինչ վերաբերում է այն անհանգստությանը, թե «եթե այդ նույն գյուղմթերքը չի համապատասխանում ստանդարտների, ինչու՞ է իրացվում հայկական շուկայում», տեղեկացնենք, որ կարանտին վնասակար օրգանիզմները մարդու կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր չեն, սակայն կարող են վտանգ ներկայացնել արտահանվող երկրի գյուղատնտեսության համար։
Նույն տրամաբանությամբ վերահսկվում է նաև Հայաստան ներմուծվող գյուղմթերքը՝ բուսական հիվանդություններից պաշտպանելու համար մեր երկրի գյուտնտեսությունը։ Ընհանուր առմամբ, այս ոլորտում ՍԱՏՄ վերահսկողությունը խստացվել է նաև ներքին շուկայի համար։
Ի վերջո, ՍԱՏՄ սահմանային վերահսկողության արդյունքում գյուղմթերքի բազմաթիվ խմբաքանակներ ստանում են բուսասանիտարական հավաստագիր և հարյուրավոր մեքենաներ ընդամենը ժամերի ընթացքում հատում են ոչ միայն հայկական սահմանը, այլև շատ արագ, առանց խոչընդոտների անցնում են վրաց – ռուսական Վերին Լարսի սահմանային կետը։
Արգելվում է միայն այն բեռների արտահանումը, որոնցում հայտնաբերվում են կարանտին վնասակար օրգանիզմներ, դրանց քանակը շատ քիչ է և «օրեր շարունակ» սահմանային անցակետում կանգնում է մեքենաների չնչին տոկոսը։ Դրանցում առկա գյուղմթերքի խմբաքանակներն արդեն իսկ գյուղատնտեսական տեսանկյունից արտահանման համար վնասված են և անորակ, ուստի կանգնելը նոր վնասների պատճառ լինել չի կարող։
Այսպիսի վերահսկողության արդյունքում է, որ 2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում մեր երկրից արտահանված բեռներում բուսասանիտարական անհամապատասխանությունների թիվը 2023 թվականի համեմատ տասնյակ անգամով նվազել է։ Արդյունքում դեպի Ռուսաստան և այլուր ներմուծման դժվարություններ չկան, և դա ուղիղ նպաստել է նաև արտահանվող բեռների ծավալի ավելացմանը», - ասված է ՍԱՏՄ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
