Փոքր Վեդու մանկապարտեզում երեխայի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու դեպքով քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել

ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունից ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդու քննչական բաժին է ստացվել 2024թ․ հուլիսի 26-ին Փոքր Վեդու «Զորթոնք» նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություն» ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից տրված հաղորդումը՝ նշված մանկապարտեզի ննջասենյակում, դաստիարակի կողմից մանկապարտեզի ավագ խմբի սաներից մեկին ծեծի ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՔԿ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։
«Միաժամանակ, ոստիկանության կողմից նախաքննական մարմին է ներկայացվել ձերբակալված՝ մանկապարտեզի նշված դաստիարակը։
Հաղորդման առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Վեդու քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (անչափահասի նկատմամբ Ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և սկսվել է նախաքննություն՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, մանկապարտեզի աշխատակիցների արարքներին իրավական գնահատականներ տալու ուղղությամբ։
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից կայացվել է որոշում՝ վերոնշյալ հանցանքն առերևույթ կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով մանկապարտեզի նշված դաստիարակին մինչև 72 ժամով ձերբակալելու վերաբերյալ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն, նախաքննության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ընթացքում, թույլատրելիության սահմաններում անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրի։
Հորդորում ենք խուսափել ինչպես երեխայի, այնպես էլ ձերբակալված անձի վերաբերյալ անձնական տվյալներ հրապարակելուց՝ ելնելով ինչպես երեխայի լավագույն շահից, այնպես էլ անմեղության կանխավարկածի սկզբունքից»,-նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
