Մանկահասակ Կարինե Հովհաննիսյանի մահվան գործով կայացավ երկրորդ դատական նիստը

2016 թվականի հունվարի 22-ին Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Էջմիածնի նստավայրում կայացավ 2015 թվականի հունիսի 16-ին Արմավիրի բժշկական կենտրոնում մահացած մանկահասակ Կարինե Հովհաննիսյանի գործով երկրորդ դատական նիստը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Արմավիր ԲԿ ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունքի վարիչ Ա. Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահ):

Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի իրավաբան Անի Չատինյանը ներկայացնում է տուժող Կարինե Հովհաննիսյանի իրավահաջորդների շահերը: Դատական նիստի ընթացքում ցուցմունքներ տվեցին գործով ներգրավված վկաներ Հակոբ Հովհաննիսյանը, որը մահացած երեխայի հայրն է, մայրը՝ Սոֆյա Աղաբեկյանը և տատիկը՝ Կարինե Հովհաննիսյանը: Վերջիններս ներկայացրին դեպքի մանրամասները՝ երեխային հիվանդանոց տանելու պահից մինչև վերջինիս վիճակի վատթարացումն ու մահը: Դատավորի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ նրանք նշեցին, որ բողոքում են և պահանջում, որ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի՝ ըստ օրենքի: Դատավարության կողմերը պարզաբանող հարցադրումներով փորձեցին հստակեցնել վկաների կողմից նշված հանգամանքները:

Այսպիսով՝ դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց և նշանակվեց 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 9-ին՝ ժամը 15:00-ին: Հավելենք, որ հաջորդ դատական նիստին հարցաքննվելու են գործով ներգրավված մյուս վկաները: Ի դեպ, Դատալեքս համակարգից տեղեկացանք, որ Արմավիր ԲԿ ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունքի վարիչ Ա. Պետրոսյանը որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված է նաև մեկ այլ քրեական գործում: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով. Արմավիրի մարզի Նորապատ գյուղի բնակիչ, մանկահասակ Է. Ամիրխանյանին բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերելիս իր մասնագիտական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ անփույթ և անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի հետևանքով դրանք պատշաճ չի կատարել, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահ:
