Արիանա Հովսեփյանի նկատմամբ մահափորձ է տեղի ունեցել հուլիսի 19-ի լույս 20-ի գիշերը։ Այս մասին Hayastan.news-ին տեղեկացրել է Արիանա Հովսեփյանի պաշտպան Արթուր Հարությունյանը:
-Այդ օրը Արինա Հովսեփյանի նկատմամբ մայհափորձ է տեղի ունեցել, պլանավորել են, բայց այդ անձի պլանները ձախողվել են, քանի որ Արիանա Հովսեփյանը իր բնակության վայրում չի եղել։ Ինչ գործողություններ կատարվել են, այդ ամենը փաստագրվել է, ձայնագրված է, փաստերը ներկայացվել են իրավապահներին, հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել իրավապահներին, այս պահին կատարվում են անհետաձգելի համապատասխան գործողություններ։ Ես կարող եմ այս պահին կասկածյալի անունը չեմ հայտնի, տվյալները՝ շուտով։
-Եթե Ձեր ասած՝ մահափորձը տեղի է ունեցել կամ պլանավորվել է հուլիսի 20-ի գիշերը, այսօր հուլիսի 27-ն է, ինչո՞ւ եք հիմա խոսում այդ մասին, ինչո՞ւ են հիմա անհետաձգելի և ապացուցողական գործողություններ կատարվում։
-Այդ գործողությունները հիմա չեն կատարվում, հաղորդումը ներկայացվել է իմ նշած ժամանակահատվածում, պարզապես գաղտնի դատավարական, քննչական գործողություններ, տեղեկատվությունն այդ պահին չհանրայնացնելու խնդիր է եղել, որը հիմա չկա։
