Հայաստանին 100 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար վարկ կտան. պետական պարտքը սպասարկելու խնդիր կա

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրասիական Զարգացման բանկի միջև ստորագրվել է հերթական վարկային համաձայնագիրը, ըստ որի՝ Բանկի Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի միջոցներից Հայաստանին կհատկացվի 100 միլիոն դոլար։
Ըստ ընդունված որոշման՝ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքի կառավարման 2024-2026 թվականների ռազմավարական պլանի նպատակներին հասնելու համար մշակվել է 2024թ. փոխառության տարեկան ծրագիր, որի համաձայն, Հայաստանի պետական պարտքի 2024թ. ֆինանսավորման ընդհանուր պահանջը կազմում է 970.9 մլրդ դրամ, որի 67.6%-ը նախատեսվել է ներքին աղբյուրներից ներգրավված փոխառու միջոցների հաշվին, իսկ 32.4%-ը՝ արտաքին փոխառությունների հաշվին։
Պետական պարտքը սպասարկելու համար Հայաստանի բյուջեն աջակցության կարիք ունի. աջակցության չափը գնահատվել է 400-500 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որից էլ 100 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարը հատկացրել է Եվրասիական Զարգացման բանկի Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս հիմնադրամից անցյալ շաբաթ ևս Հայաստանի Կառավարությանը գումար էր հատկացվել. աջակցության ծավալը կազմել է 2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար։
