Ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների` հուլիսի 19-ի լույս 20-ի գիշերը տեղի է ունեցել մահափորձ Արիանա Հովսեփյանի դեմ:
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նրա լիազորված ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Արթուր Հարությունյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացնում:
«Պլանները ձախողվել են այն պատճառով, որ այդ ժամանակ Արիանա Հովսեփյանը չի եղել իր բնակության վայրում: Համապատասխան հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է տրվել այն անձի կողմից, ով այդ ամենին ականատես է եղել և փորձել է համոզել, որպեսզի որևէ հակաօրինական գործողություններ չարվեն: Այս պահին շատ փակագծեր բացել չեմ կարող` նախաքննական գաղտնիքի շրջանակներով պայմանավորված: Մոտակա օրերին նախատեսված են քննչական-դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում և` Արիանա Հովսեփյանի մասնակցությամբ: Առկա են նաև ապացույցներ այդ ամենի վերաբերյալ, որոնք ևս տրամադրվել են իրավապահ մարմիններին: Խոսքը ձայնագրությունների մասին է, որտեղ խոսվում է մահափորձի կազմակերպման, կատարողի կողմից իր այդ գործողությունները կատարելու և նման այլ մանրամասներին վերաբերող հարցերի մասին»,-ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
Հիշեցնում է տարեսկզբին տեղի ունեցած դեպքը, երբ Արիանա Հովսեփյանի մեքենան էին այրել:
«Այդ գործով Արիանա Հովսեփյանը հանդիսանում էր տուժող, ես իր լիազոր ներկայացուցիչն եմ: Այժմ գործը գտնվում է Երևանի առաջին ատյանի քրեական դատարանում: Մեր տեղեկություններով` այս մահափորձը, որի մասին խոսում էինք, կատարվել է նույն անձնավորության կողմից, ինչ տարեսկզբին մեքենան այրելու դեպքն էր տեղի ունեցել: Խոսքը Մարտին Ամիրխանյանի մասին է: Նա ունի մեղադրյալի դատավարական կարգավիճակ, նրա նկատմամբ, ըստ էության, ազատության սահմանափակման հետ կապված որևէ միջոց ընտրված չէ, որի պայմաններում նա ևս Արիանա Հովսեփյանի կյանքի և առողջության դեմ ուղղված գործողություններ է կատարում»,-եզրափակում է փաստաբանը:
