Հուլիսի 29-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի աշխատանքային այցը Կիպրոս մեկնարկել է Կիպրոսի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարների տարեկան համաժողովին նախարար Միրզոյանի մասնակցությամբ։ Վերջինս կայացել է Կիպրոսի ԱԳ նախարարի հրավերով, միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել շուրջ 50 դեսպաններ, ինչպես նաև ԱԳՆ ղեկավար կազմը։

Նախարար Միրզոյանը հանդես է եկել ներածական խոսքով, որից հետո պատասխանել է ներկաներին հետաքրքրող մի շարք հարցերի։

ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Կիպրոսի նախարարին հրավերի համար, որն առաջինն է իր ձևաչափով։ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է. «Կիպրոսի հետ մենք ունենք գերազանց հարաբերություններ և կարող ենք առանց կասկածի արձանագրել, որ մեր համագործակցությունը տարբեր ոլորտներում արդեն հասել է ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակի։ Արտասովոր է համագործակցության դինամիկան և միմյանց դիրքորոշումների խորը ըմբռնումը։ Իմ գործընկեր նախարար Կոմբոսի հետ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք լրացուցիչ խթանել համագործակցությունը, և Հայաստանը ծրագրում է մշտական դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություն հիմնել Կիպրոսում։ Կարծում եմ, որ դա նոր հնարավորություններ կտա շարունակել համադրել ջանքերը և ընդլայնել համագործակցության շրջանակները»:

Հաջորդիվ նախարար Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթությունները, դրանց կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող քայլերը, ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումները, միջազգային գործընկերների հետ համագործակցությունը։ Արարատ Միրզոյանը մատնանշել է նաև առկա մարտահրավերները, որոնք կրում են նաև տարածաշրջանային բնույթ։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև հարևանների հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացներին, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերջնականացման ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերին և կնքման կարևորությանը։ Ներկաների ուշադրությանն է ներկայացվել ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մշակված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագրի իրականացման միջոցով ընձեռնվելիք հնարավորություններին։

Հանգամանալից անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության հավակնոտ օրակարգին, վերջին շրջանում արձանագրված ձեռքբերումներին և առաջիկա անելիքներին ու հեռանկարներին։

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև բազմակողմ հարթակներում Հայաստանի և Կիպրոսի փոխգործակցության հարցերի շուրջ։
