Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, առեղծվածային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 17:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչությունում, ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Ծովագյուղ-Շորժա-Վարդենիս ավտոճանապարհի 19 կմ հատվածում՝ աջակողմյան վայրում՝ Սևանա լճի ափամերձ տարածքում, ավտոմեքենայի մեջ դի կա։Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնի պետ Բաբկեն Աղաբաբյան ու ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանը։

Ժամանել են նաև Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազ Գագիկ Այվազյանն ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Դավիթ Մուրադյանը։Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարգիս Մարգարյանի, Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Թորգոմ Չանդոյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սերոբ Մաթոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Ալբերտ Մարտիրոսյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Իգոր Ղազարյանի և գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Բակուր Սարիբեկյանի գլխավորությամբ։Տեղում ոստիկանները պարեկներն ու քննիչները նշված վայրում հայտնաբերել են «Nissan Rogue» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, վարորդի նստատեղի էլ՝ վարորդի դին, պարանոցին էլ ինչ-որ կասկածելի գոտի գցած։

Այս պահին տեղում աշխատում են քննիչներն ու փորձաքրեագետները։Դեպքի փաստով մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի կարգադրությամբ «սպանություն» (ինքնասպանություն) հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։Ըստ դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության՝ տղամարդը մահացել է 2 կամ 3 օր առաջ։Իսկ քննիչներն ու փորձաքրեագետները հատուկ դիմակներով էին աշխատում, քանի որ հոտը զգացվում էր մի քանի մետրից։Տեղի ունեցածը սպանություն է, թե ինքնասպանություն, պարզվում է։Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։Տեղում պարզվել է նաև, որ մահացածը Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Արտակ Մ.-ն է։
