Զինվորական կացարանում զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատները հաղորդում են ներկայացրել

Փաստաբան Նորիկ Նորիկյանը օրերս հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին և ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազին՝ 2023թ․ հունվարի 19-ին Ազատ գյուղում տեղակայված զինվորական կացարանում թվով 15 զինծառայողների զոհվելու գործով հարուցված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրավասու մարմինների կողմից թույլ տրված առերևույթ հանցավոր արարքների համար քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու և մեղավոր անձանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում կատարած գրառմամբ հայտնել է փաստաբան Նորիկ Նորիկյանը:
«Տուժող կողմն իր տարակուսանքն է հայտնել այն մասին, որ թե՛ ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, թե՛ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը, մասնավորապես այդ գործը քննելու նպատակով ստեղծված քննչական խումբն իր իրավասություների շրջանակներում չի ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցներ վարույթի համար նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու, ենթադրյալ հանցագործության հետքերը, այլ նյութական օբյեկտները հայտնաբերելու նպատակով որոշ նյութական միջոցներ առգրավելու և զննելու համար։
Մեկ անգամ ևս պնդում ենք, որ վերը նշվածը վկայում է այն մասին, դեպքի օրվանից սկսած համապատասխան իրավասու մարմինները չեն ձեռնարկել համապատասխան քայլեր, որի արդյունքում խախտվել է դեպքի վայրը, էական նշանակություն ունեցող ապացույցները վերացվել կամ թաքցվել են, որպեսզի պայմաններում գտնում ենք, որ համապատասխան իրավասություն ունեցող անձինք պետք է ենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության:
Նկատի ունենալով վերը նշվածը՝ տուժող կողմը պահանջել է Գլխավոր դատախազից և ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազի իրենց իրավասությունների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկել գործուն քայլեր, այն է՝ համապատասխան հիմքերի առկայության դեպքում հարուցել քրեական հետապնդում մեղավոր անձանց նկատմամբ»,-գրել է փաստաբանը:
