Զինծառայողի սպանության շարժառիթ է հանդիսացել վրեժխնդրությունը

Պարզվել են 2024թ․ հունվարի 9-ին կատարված զինծառայող Կարեն Կարապետյանի սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված քննչական և ապացուցողական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ զինծառայողի սպանության շարժառիթ է հանդիսացել վրեժխնդրությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ դեպքի օրը՝ 2024 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին՝ ժամը 04:30-ից 05:00-ի սահմաններում, կոչումով լեյտենանտ Կ.Կարապետյանը ծառայողական հարցերի շուրջ, այն է՝ դիրքում քնելու կապակցությամբ առաջացած խոսակցության ժամանակ, վիրավորական արտահայտություն է հնչեցրել ծառայակցի՝ Ն.Խ.-ի հասցեին:
Վերջինս, չհանդուրժելով իրեն հասցված վիրավորանքը, վրեժխնդրության շարժառիթով, 2024 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին՝ ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, հանձնելով մարտական հերթափոխը, մտել է մարտական դիրքի գետնատնակ և լիցքավորելով իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿ-103 տեսակի ինքնաձիգը՝ մոտեցել է պառկած վիճակում գտնվող Կարեն Կարապետյանին, որից հետո նախ՝ մենահատ, ապա կրակահերթ է արձակել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա՝ Ն.Խ.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
