Սենսացիոն նոր մանրամասներ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի մի կտորի հանձնումից

Օրերս նախկին արտգործնախարար Արա Այվազյանը սենսացիոն հայտարարություն էր արել, թե Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական ճանապարհի 21 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածն ու Շուռնուխ գյուղի մի մասն Ադրբեջանին է հանձնվել ՊՆ նախարարի ստորագրած հուշագրով, իսկ ԱԳՆ-ն ընդհանրապես տեղյակ չի եղել այդ զարգացումներից։ ՊՆ-ն նաև գաղտնի էր պահել այդ հուշագիրը։ Պարզվում է՝ հուշագրից տեղյակ չի եղել նույնիսկ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբը, իսկ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն այն ստորագրել է գաղտնի, միայն Փաշինյանի հետ խորհրդակցելով ու վերջինիս հանձնարարությամբ։
«Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանի խոսքով՝ հուշագիրը, որով 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին հայկական զորքերն իրենց տեղակայված վայրերից ետ են քաշվել շուրջ 30 կիլոմետր, ստորագրել են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարները՝ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն ու Սերգեյ Շոյգուն։
Ադրբեջանը, ըստ Գեղամ Մանուկյանի, այդ հուշագրի կողմ չէ։ Մանուկյանի պնդմամբ՝ հուշագրում որևէ խոսք չկա, թե ինչ հիմքով են հայկական ուժերը ետ քաշվել այդ հատվածներում։ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին գործուղում է, Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը ստորագրում է մի հուշագիր, որի արդյունքում նախ զորքերը մեր հետ քաշվեցին հսկայական հատվածից՝ մոտ 30 կմ, և այդպես Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը հայտնվեց սահմանային հատվածում։ Զորքերը հետ քաշվեցին նույն Ներքին Հանդի ամբողջ Սոսիների պուրակ կոչվող, ամբողջ արգելոցի հատվածից, Ադրբեջանը հայտնվեց Ներքին Հանդի, ադրբեջանական դրոշը մինչև հիմա բարձրացվել է Կապանի քթի տակ՝ քաղաքից երևում է, օդանավակայանի վրա։ Ամբողջությամբ այդ ամբողջը հանձնվեց առանց որևէ սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման», - «Ազատության»- ն ասել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը։
Չնայած զորքերի հետքաշման մասին դրույթին, այդ հուշագիրը չէր նախատեսում միջպետական ճանապարհի 21 կմ-անոց հատվածի փոխանցում Ադրբեջանին։ Թե ինչպես այդ դեպքում այդ ճանապարհը նույնպես անցել է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ, պարզ չէ։ Սա հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր ենթակաները, այս դեպքում՝ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը դավաճանություն են կատարել՝ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքը հանձնելով թշնամուն։ Նոր, ազգային իշխանությունների օրոք երկուսն էլ այս դրվագով կանգնելու են դատարանի առջև։
