ԱՄՆ պետդեպի վիճահարույց հայտարարությունը

ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղարը հերթական անգամ բացահայտել է Վաշինգտոնի մտադրությունները Հարավային Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի վերաբերյալ։ Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով օգնական Ջեյմս Օ'Բրայենը հայտարարել է, թե ԱՄՆ-ն դիտարկում է Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներից դեպի համաշխարհային շուկաներ նոր ցամաքային երթուղի ստեղծելու հնարավորությունները՝ շրջանցելով Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանը։
«Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներն աներևակայելի հարուստ են, և այժմ համաշխարհային շուկաներ դուրս գալու նրանց միակ տարբերակները Ռուսաստանի կամ Չինաստանի միջոցով են։ Եթե մենք կարողանանք բացել մի երթուղի, որը կանցնի Հայաստանով կամ Ադրբեջանով, ապա դրանք շատ ավելի քիչ կախված կլինեն Ռուսաստանից և Չինաստանից»,- ասել է Օ'Բրայենը Սենատի արտաքին գործերի կոմիտեում։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան սառը ջուր է լցրել ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների եռանդի վրա՝ ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս հայտարարելով, թե Հայաստանն էլ ունի Ադրբեջանից օկուպացված տարածքներ։ Հանձնաժողովի նախագահողի հարցին, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է օկուպացված պահել ՀՀ ռազմավարական տարածքները և անընդհատ ճնշել Հայաստանին, Օ՛Բրայենը պատասխանել է. «Երկու կողմերը համաձայնության են եկել սահմանների սահմազատման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ։ Համաձայնել են որոնք են սահմանները և դուք ճիշտ եք կան տարածքներ որոնք երկու կողմներն էլ շարունակում են օկուպացված պահել համաձայն այն սահմանի որի շուրջ նրանք համաձայնության են եկել։ Բայց դա պրոցես է, որի վրա կողմերը շարունակում են աշխատել»։
Ըստ էության, ԱՄՆ-ն ապացուցում է, որ իրեն ամենևին չեն մտահոգում ՀՀ շահերը, ավելին, հանուն իրենց աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի՝ մեղադրանքներ են հասցեագրում Հայաստանին։ Մինչդեռ փաստ է, որ Ադրբեջանն է օկուպացրել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից կտորներ, և պաշտոնական Երևանն այդ մասին բարձրաձայնում է տարբեր հարթակներում։ Այժմ Օ՛Բրայենի այս հայտարարությունը պատրվակ է Բաքվի համար՝ սլաքները դեպի Հայաստան ուղղելու։ Թե նման պամաններում Երևանն ինչի վրա է հույսը դրել՝ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու իր քաղաքականության մեջ, բոլորովին հասկանալի չէ։
